Today I had the pleasure to meet an absolute AMAZING young woman named Sara. She was SO kind, polite and knowledgeable. She was so genuine and unfortunately that is rare now adays. She completely made our experience and between her amazing customer service and the yummy food we will most definitely be back. I hope management sees this and recognizes this amazing young woman. Slowest service ever. If you order online wait an extra half hour before going to get your food. Also if you’re within 2 hours of closing, don’t bother. They lock the lobby and you wait in the drive thru for over a half hour.

Don’t go go somewhere else!!! The food was horrible horrible. The food starting off was a cold temperature like it’s barley able to eat from it and when I told them he said it’s still within our guidelines and it’s good and nothing we can do, the guy that wears glasses was a horrible and super rude and when I got the sizing shrimp he started counting 5 pieces on the dot with no Vegies and when I told him he was like I can only put 5 or I’ll get in trouble and when I said can u at least add the veggies he looked at me rudely and was like sure. Horrible experience I recommend going somewhere else

This place was amazing!! Everyone was very king and respectfully towards us, we asked for fresh food and the prepared everything for us. There was this guy wearing glasses working up front, and oh my god was he a sweat heart . He helped us out with our order, and was very kind!!

This place is terrible I bought the big plate and they charge me for three more meals that cost $30 dollars and in order to be refund I had to come back to get the manager to refund me, so I let that slide and I went back a week later to order and it was totally different from what I order then just saying we don’t have that dish available just instead they still charged me for something i did not want ,unsatisfying never coming back. One star everyday for me.

A 360 difference to the Panda Express service Im use to in Rochester Hills. Dearborn heights location is a no no for me. I gave them two tries. The last straw, presented to order in line. There was one guest ahead of me. You receive no greeting. After one of the waitress took care of the first person, she just abruptly walked away doing other things. How about acknowledging your guests and letting them know someone will be with them shortly. Got nothing. This seem to be a thing with this area, business with zero customer service skills. Which is why i take my money elsewhere Rochester Hills, Bloom or Birmingham. The first experience my collegue ordered lunch for a few of us…..somehow instead of getting my meat pirriin…i got two boxes of rice. No, my colleagues didnt eat my meat portion. The hot trays are empty and with crusted remnants of what was in there. Most turn off, zero customer service at this restaurant and throughout dearborn and its heights circle. Poor people. Poor minds. Poor values and mannerism.
