Food was cold. After 15 min of ordering they told us they didn’t have what we ordered and gave us a list of items that were ” quick” to make. My son’s steak was raw and not cooked to what we ordered.

It is different experience. If you enjoy old fashioned, family oriented cooking, you will love the Cracker. The food was good, but expected the turkey meat to be of a real one not the Boars Head preproccessd kind of meat. I enjoyed the shop and the service was quick.

Visited the Bryant, Arkansas location on the morning of July 30, 2023 as we were traveling though. Was expecting a great breakfast. Instead, we were seated promptly, which is when the problem started. The longer we waited for service the more ants appeared on our table. We bought the attention of the server as she passed by. Told her we needed to change tables because of the ants. She told us to chose another table.

Ordered online for pickup. They completely left off one of my sides, I found bones in my meatloaf, and the brocolli had only 2 good pieces on top. The rest was brown like it was old. Very disappointing! Too tired after a long day’s drive to go back there, even though half of my meal is inedible and I was overcharged for the side I didn’t get. Think twice before eating at this establishment!

Had breakfast here this morning. We were seated promptly and placed our orders fairly quickly. Kitchen seemed a bit slow for the number of people in the restaurant, but the food was hot when it was brought out. Things were OK, except I had to remind about an add on item, but it arrived promptly. Food was good and we enjoyed it, but were surprised the wait person never checked back on us till she brought the check to the table after we were finished. Other than those two small items, good visit.

Very disappointing. Took 10 minutes to be approached once we were seated. No refills were offered. No instructions w/ the to-go special. Server seemed distracted. Asked 2x for apple butter. Got charged, but never received. Not happy at all.

The new menu is very limited. Quality of the food is mixed. Chicken was good but French toast is thin and wrong kind of bread. Grits were sticky. Sadly can’t say I will be going back other than for the general store. That area has a wide selection of unique items.

Today the service was under staffed an slow. The hostess seated us got our drinks an took our order an either forgot to inform the nice waitress or the waitress was over booked with tables. My loaded baked sweet was cold when I finally got my food. The waitress did say there was only 2 waitresses taking care of the large middle section on a Sunday afternoon an it was full. Needs better communication or /and more staff for busier times. I do enjoy eating at Cracker Barrell. The cook needs to use small marshmallows on the loaded baked sweet potatoes not large ones. Part of the delicious taste is The melted marshmallow. The large do not melt properly.
