Fantastic 12″ grilled DAGWOOD sandwich, great taste! You can choose your own toppings. Fries could have been a little saltier.

Decent service, but I have mixed feelings on food quality.

My meal was a Med Cordon Bleu. I did not get lettuce or tomato. I was not going to send the food back because I just worry about my food when you send it back to get corrected. The fries were ok, not great. I just don’t think I got 18.00 worth out of this meal. A little disappointed as this was my first time here. I doubt I revisit. Guy that took my ordered seemed irritated that I came in and he had to take my order. Just a disappointed visit to this location. I certainly won’t promote it.

Just disappointed. After making our sandwich wrong (just asked for no cheese), they didn’t apologize and then barely had anything on there! I could have went to subway to have a better sandwich for cheaper and more toppings.

The food is better than your average sandwich shop. The bread the sandwich comes on is excellent. You can see every kind of condiment they have available because someone cleverly thought to use it as decor within the store as well. It makes for a great atmosphere for a sandwich shop. I personally love that they also have French fries as the main side instead of chips. It also helps that the fries are amazing (so much better than McDonald’s fries anyday)! Service was quick, for the most part. Id still recommend it as great place for a tasty & quick lunch!

Always a great experience. I’ve been dining at this place for over 6 years now and it never disappoints. If you’re around definitely stop in I love the chicken teriyaki. Happy holidays!!

The positive- the French fries where pretty great. The negatives- the service was pretty poor (teenage workforce who are clearly unhappy to be working), which is understandable. The part that was the least pleasant was the sandwich experience. The bread was good, but the contents inside where overcooked and were just rather bland. The sandwich was advertised as teriyaki chicken, but what it tasted like was overdone chicken bits cooked in a bit of soy sauce with melted cheese on top served over toasted bread.

Pathetic looking sandwich. Employees not wearing masks correctly and touching their masks then fondling the food (including the manager). Disgusting. Will not be back.

Hadn’t eaten here in years. Was a little iffy but everything was perfect! Wife got the chicken teriyaki and I got the cheesesteak. Both had plenty of meat, toppings and cheese. And both were FULL of flavor! Fries were perfect as well. Even seasoned well.
