Really the name is too big for the restaurant, the attention is poor, the food totally tasteless. I ordered a seafood grill and it was just breaded fish and shrimp, where were the seafood? besides that they knew very badly. I also ordered a drink where the flavor referred to by the restaurant “El Patrón” was represented and the waiter did not know anything about it, he prepared me one that was totally juice without alcohol, I do not recommend it, and they should change the name of the place to another that fits more with its poor quality.

We found hair in our chips and salsa, we explained to the waitress how we wanted a simple burrito for our youngest sibling and they could even do it right. The molcajete isn’t good at all the meat is way to dry and it is drenched in cheese. The hamburger was dry and hard to swallow. The shrimp cocktail barely even had shrimp, the sauce that it’s in was like water and it was flavorless. Even though they offer you hotsauce they forget to bring it to you and you have to ask once again. The service is slow and the young waiters seem way too distracted. We had to wait about 40 min for our food and once we got the food only had 20 min to eat. Never going back again.

The service was poor. I order a coke and it was hot and flat. The shrimp tasted like if I had been in the freezer for way to long didn’t eat didn’t want to get food poisoning. Won’t got there again

Service was not good at all. The young waitress had a terrible attitude. My husband ended up not eating his plate because he requested no veggies. , ended up with veggies. We were really upset by that point and figured there was no reason to get it fixed. Since the waitress probably would have just messed it up again or gave us an even worse attitude. Never going there again! Not even worth a star.

We went on Valentines day and it was awesome. We took the family this time and it was completely different. We had the pollo fundido. It was flavorless and the cheese was watered down. My husband had the ribeye, medium well. It was very undercooked. We sent it back and when it came back it was still undercooked. He decided he didnt want it anymore. He only took a couple of bites before getting grossed out. They still charged us for it, and full price. Wont ge back.
