Vig Deli is located in the M Resort in Hendersons’ far south-west side. It’s conveniently located by one of the M Resort entrances so there is no need to go through the resort to find it. The food offerings are adequate for a small deli with a noteworthy menu that’s not overwhelming. I found the cashier/order taker to be professional and polite, as the same with the employee who handed my order when I picked it up from the counter after my order number was announced. I ordered the Cobb Salad, which was a generous serving, nicely prepared and tasty. Ample, open, food-court-style seating is available, along with a bar height counter and a few chairs on the back of the seating area. The only reason I did not give Vig Deli 5 stars is due to the extraordinary long wait time. It took 45 minutes to receive my meal. It appeared to be a popular establishment as noted by the many customers waiting. I believe hiring more staff can reduce wait time and frustration. Therefore, If you’re in a hurry Vig might not be the place for you. In all fairness, I haven’t gone at various days or times to compare wait times so keep that in mind. Overall, if you’ve got an hour to spare; considering order time, potential wait time, and eating, then most certainly check out Vig Deli. A great Deli, in a fantastic resort on Henderson’ south-west side.

The best ox tail soup that I have found at a deli, it’s so flavorful and there were plenty of ox tails too! It’s served with rice and the price is good. Can’t wait to go back and taste another dish from the Asian menu at this deli. Ordering is fast and easy, the deli is located very close to the parking lot. Oh yes, the deli is located inside of the M Casino.

Had lunch there today and most disappointed with the food. The potato salad had half cooked potato, and the Korean kalbi was so tough with the rice not properly cooked. The total cost is almost $35 with 1 order of pho. Would not have paid for the meal, and fortunately, it was comp. Will never order those items again. Other items in the menu are just so so. There’s nothing like the old Studio Buffet.

Just got done after a looooooong day of auditions and seminars, grabbing some quick food to take up to our room. My only issues were the long line, with one cashier but she was very friendly and answered questions, and the strong cigarette smoke from the casino floor, food takes awhile to get but it is made to order so that is to be expected and did not disappoint in flavor.

The kid that gave me my pizza is lucky he didn’t wear it. Half of it is burned to the box and unedible because the guy stuck it ON TOP OF THE PIZZA OVEN and forgot about it! Literally watched them make it, toss it up there, then call five orders placed after mine. This is more like cheesy bread than pizza, since there’s almost no sauce on it. This isn’t rocket science folks…it’s pizza…and for the same price you can go to Settebello’s and get something edible. You should be embarrassed.
