Even though they had a young girl taking orders over the phone that would not read the order back to make sure she wrote it down correctly.. she said it’ll be 30 minutes so I give them 45 minutes and after getting there I still had to wait an additional 20 just to get home and my order was wrong as soon as I called and talked to management they corrected my order and was trying to give me money back cuz she improperly charged me as well and they replaced my entire order… It’s sad to say about this new generation of employees some care and some are clueless

I have gotten better at leaving reviews, the sole purpose because I wanna save people the time and money. Here we go…. My husband and 4 YO just ate here last night. The service was decent, the food and bar drinks however was very disappointing. The beef completely turned our stomachs and we were instantly done. I’m not sure if I was expecting good authentic Mexican food, but this my friends was NOT it. We will stick to our normal spot next time.

This place used to be good but over the past year or so it’s been going down hill. Every time you go it gets a little worse but today was awful. The chips were greasy and stale, the taco meat was over cooked or something, the rice had a twang and the chimichangas were blah. They don’t even ask how your meal was anymore, guess they know it wasn’t great. I don’t see them making it much longer with the quality of food they are serving which is a shame because it used to be great.

I’ve been a long time customer of the Amigos in East Ridge. Today was the first time I’ve been to this one. Our waiter was prompt, friendly & very good at making sure we were happy. I didn’t get his name but he was awesome. Had a military hair style cut if that means anything. The margarita on the rocks was perfect (great bartender) and the food was simply amazing (great cook). The restaurant is very nice, we really liked the layout. It was very clean & we were much more comfortable while eating. It isn’t overly light nor dark. The lighting is just right. Loved that it was decorated for Christmas too. The music wasn’t too loud (like the Amigos in ER). We decided that this, though a little more of a drive from ER. Will be our choice of Amigos from now on. The bathrooms were very well cleaned & taken care of as well. So, another bonus. Plus….the parking is great!!! No worrying about backing into on coming cars while leaving or having 2 walk too far when walking in. Thank you for an amazing experience. Especially in times like these!! You guys ROCK!!!

So, me and my son went there today for lunch. Sat in the patio. We order drinks and food at the same time cause I’m on a time constraint. 30 mins go by with no food. I ask the manager on duty if they’d forgotten about us? Upon hearing where we were seated, she immediately knew what was wrong. Our server had an emergency at home and had to be excused. THIS is where they won me, working in the service industry, as a return customer. She immediately apologized and informed me of what happened, to which I empathize and offered to pay for my drink and my son’s jarritos. She instead told the cashier not to charge me for it and sincerely apologized. She asked if we’d still like the tenders cause they were already in the grease. My son said yes and the manager ran to kitchen to get it set up. 2 minutes later, we got our food and was on our way. So, Ms. Manager, good job on the way you handled the situation and because of that, I’m leaving this long but positive review and will be returning soon! Thanks.

I don’t usually give places 5 stars, but when I do, it’s because the food is great, the staff is great, and the atmosphere is cozy. The staff has a broad understanding of the menu. It was incredibly gratifying and refreshing to hear the staff’s enthusiasm for their work and sweet, almost poetic descriptions of the Sims and the kitchen. true craftsman! They seem to be everywhere and dominate some of them. The woman working there, whose name I did not catch, greeted me warmly as soon as I entered. very polite and intelligent! He shared my detailed knowledge about the product. All the food and drinks here were amazing and I know I will be back and 10/10 a must try. I come here again and again and recommend everyone who comes here to try this amazing food. I really like the appetizers and the drink selection was also good, so everyone don’t hesitate to come here, you will really enjoy everything, but one thing is that the toilets are not too clean but I would say it’s not a big deal. Also the tacos were to die for I got the carne asada tacos and the enchiladas but the tacos were my favorite
