This is a good location, right on the ouskirts of the mall. Spacious and lots of parking. Love their chicken dipped in the gravy, the chicken skin is crispy . Their cheeseburger is full of flavor and the adobo fried rice is not too shabby. Wish we had a Jollibee on Kauai.

It was my 1st time getting food. I was a little annoyed that when ordering the order taker kept telling me we don’t have this, we don’t have that, ordering a drink then 2 minutes later to say we ran out of Mountaindew. How do you serve Burgers without ” Pickles ” smh. As my family and I was trying to look at the menu the order-taker was rushing us, mind you nobody was behind us. Will I be going back? NO!! For just 4 sandwich meals 2 chicken & 2 burger meals, a 2 piece chicken plate and a Pineapple coconut pie bill was $66 something almost $67.00 Ridiculous. Soo Expensive & later looked at the price of the Pineapple coconut pie $3. Something $4.00 I was like wow it better be really good for that price & it was.

My Filipina wife made me eat here and I think it’s terrific. This particular one; the spaghetti is a little dry. Coulda been sitting for a while. Brought a bunch of my coworkers here and they really liked the spicy chicken sandwich.

This was a Clean, quiet, quick service establishment. I had a deluxe Chicken sandwich with fries and my husband did a two piece chicken meal. My sandwich was Delicious and the chicken was juicy inside, crispy outside. My husband’s chicken was a little dry and they gave him fries instead of mashed potatoes (not a big deal he likes fries too) Our server was Princess she was so super nice but we had a hard time hearing her through her mask and the plexiglass. I’ll definitely be going back!

I love Jollibee and the chicken is normally always good so I ordered a family meal. I brought it home and when my family and I sat down to eat, the chicken tasted like they used old burnt oil to make it! First time in awhile that I ordered at that location we usually go to the waipahu location but had to be in the area and it was convenient. I was bummed because I live in mililani.

Food was great, chicken was delicious, mashed potatoes were my son’s favorite. Enjoyed the adobo rice immensely especially with the generous amount of gravy they give. This would’ve been a FIVE star post had it not been for the long straight black hair my mom pulled out of her adobo rice she was almost halfway done with ♀️

This is my favorite fast food place in Hawaii! The staff is always courteous and quick with orders. The chicken is the best ever, as it’s super juicy inside while perfectly crunchy on the outside. The restaurant is always spotless and staff is always cleaning, showing the pride they have in taking care of their workplace and customers.

Usually good but today no ‘spicy’ sauce for the chicken. Also my sandwich straight up had a cup of mayo on it nothing else. I had to scoop it off.

Chicken was great lots of flavor I opt for mashed potatoes found potatoes to be very water down not sure if this normal ,next time I’ll try there fries. Stay hungry my friends. Enjoy
