Their food is always fresh. Always being changed out and made with great care by the taste. Always good and children 3 and under eat for free. My daughter loves their noodles and fried potatoes! Plus she eats well so she can get ice cream at the end.

There are very few places I can go over, over and over again. This is one such place. They have a few dishes that are croud favorites and always worthwhile, but they do have some special buffet items from time to time that are better than one might assume is in such a small place. The ice cream machine is usually working unless it’s not. Please remember to tip your server no matter where you choose to eat.

This trip to the well heard about oriental garden in Baxter Springs Kansas… was a very lovely trip for us. A big thing we like to look out for is delicious food. A clean eating place. Outstanding or exceptional dining experiences. And overall a clean safe place to go to the restroom. This restaurant has three of the main things we look for. I was not afraid at all from my kid use the restroom or what they would get into. We came in the afternoon. The chicken was crunchy and delicious.The noodles had a great body to them. Vegetables were crunchy and flavorful. The chives were fresh. The chicken on a stick had a beautiful smoky flavor to them. Are Waiter was attentive and professional. It was very pleasing to have a waitress that wasn’t overbearing but was on top of her game.Mannerisms from the waitress and the front desk manager were excellent today. Do yogurt based ice cream was delicious so that’s very helpful for anybody who has Lactose intolerant issues. There’s a little bit of everything for everyone. Or you can come up with beautiful crazy combinations that are flavorful beyond your imagination.

I don’t know why I haven’t left a review here yet, we go all the time! Oriental Garden is THE BEST Chinese buffet in the four state area. Hands-down! No one else compares. So, if you’re looking for somewhere to take your family that’s visiting, bring them HERE. Even if you have to drive from Pittsburg or Joplin. My ONLY qualm is that the crab Rangoon isn’t as sweet as I’m used to. Everything else is perfection, though. Can’t recommend them enough!

The employees here are so friendly and helpful. They keep tables clean, drinks filled. And as I’m on a bariatric diet they work with that as well. It’s clean. And food is hot and kept refilled. Would recommend dining here. Families or groups. Decent prices.
