I did a mobile order and waited until the estimated time to check on it. Little did I know, it would take 5 more minutes to get their attention. I was waving my phone with the order on the window and no one seemed to care. I also tried to go inside but it was locked. One employee tried to come open it but an employee told him not too. I then had to go to the order line and interrupt them to give them my order. Once I got it, I realized it had been sitting out the whole time. It was liquid once I got it. Never had such an awful experience like this one.

You get to eat next to Rt. 30. It’s one of those things that doesn’t sound so great but is actually a good experience, especially on a beautiful day. The staff really takes care of you and gets you what you need. If you get hot food they give you the option of waiting for your sundae so it does not melt while you eat your hot food

Stopped for an ice-cream around 2 in the afternoon and drive thru was backed up maybe 4 cars. Wait was not terribly bad. Gentlemen who waited on us at the window was very friendly and as quick as possible. Was worth the stop.

I go here a lot being that it is right up the street from my wife’s fathers home. They always have a line of cars and Aline of costumers. They are that way because they are in my opinion a very good business. Even though they have lines it moves pretty quickly and they never mess up my order. If you want it done correctly then definitely stop thru.
