Steak & Cheese quality has gone down hill for sure in quality, yet prices keep going up. My Daughter’s (who is the only reason I even ordered) kids Meatball Sub had 1 (one) tiny burnt meatball on it and the bread was Soo hard it was unedible. The new Millsboro location appears to be the best in town for now. I’m just disappointed, I won’t be back to this location.

Where are the negative numbers???? Capriotti’s, if you don’t want to take orders close to closing time, just say you’re not taking anymore orders! This is the WORST SUB I HAVE EVER HAD!!! It had one slice of salami, one slice of peppered ham and one slice of cappicola. No seasonings and it did not have the sweet or hot peppers I asked for. This was a tasteless sub. It was like eating cardboard. And of course when I called the store to let you know about this, no one answered the phone. I’m sure you jetted out after making this sorry excuse for a sub. Whoever made this should be fired because it’s obvious they did not care!!! And I know whoever took the order took it correctly because she repeated it. So that can’t be the excuse!

I ordered $95 worth of subs for the family. DoorDash got there and Capriotti’s had given our order away to somebody else and had just closed. They then refused to remake the order that they had wrongfully given away. Terrible customer service and refused to fix their mistake. Never again.

Very pricey for the sandwiches! Very salty beef that was way overcooked. The turkey is shredded and dry as well. Purchased wagyu beef dip, wagyu cheese steak, Italian and the Bobbie. The best was the Italian.

My wife and I just popped in 1st time and business was brisk . They took our order service was great and friendly. Food hot fresh and very good . I did not give 5stars since we only ate one time however a strong 4stars. We will be back to try other sandwiches . The place was clean with about 4 tables if you decide to eat in self serve no waitress which was fine with us since we were on road with appoints. A shout out to the staff .
