The is one of the best places to eat. The quality is great, and the serving size is well worth it. The places are sharable portions, though I saw there a $5 fee to share plates. I had the house pad thai and house fried rice. My boyfriend had pork, I think in garlic sauce. The server was friendly. Nice decor. That’s my 2nd time there. My boyfriend was amazed with the freshness. We ate and what we took home was still a full meal.

Probably the best Chinese restaurant in the area. From the wonderful atmosphere and seating area to their delicious food with menu options to please everyone. All their dishes are wonderful with fair prices and large portions. They have a full bar with great drinks. Service is fast and friendly and the food is wonderful . Love it. Keep up the great work.

Went in a group of 6. 4 out of 6 were vegan and couldn’t order from the entree menu. But everyone ordered at least one thing. Yet they charged plate sharing fee. We were 6 people and ordered 9 things from the menu. The manager mentioned that we charge sharing fee because not everyone ordered an entree. Our bill was over 100$ for the food we ordered yet they went ahead and charged a plate sharing fee.

Very good high end Chinese and Asian food. Great atmosphere. Stellar service. You won’t be disappointed. Pekin Duck is outstanding if they have it. Rib appetizer is a must. Ask for William as your server. He is the absolute best waiter in the valley!

We ordered takeout and 2 of the dishes were supposed to come with white rice. When we drove home we learned that there was no rice. I called and spoke with Sheri the manager who said she’d credit me $5.00 for the next time we came in. After speaking with my husband we decided that we will not be going there anymore because we were so annoyed at the ridiculous $5.00 credit – especially considering one of the entrees cost $40! ( Seafood Delight). I called Sheri to tell her I wanted my credit card reimbursed for more than a measly $5.00 or I would be writing a review. She said she didn’t take well to threats and accused me of making the story up, so I hung up. That was not a threat. It was a fact. Any manager who knows what they are doing does not offer such a ridiculous solution. Needless to say, we were still hungry after finishing our entrees. It’s a shame what bad management can do to a restaurant.

We enjoyed dining here tonight during the storm. I tried the cabbage and pork soup and it was delicious. It had a few too many clear noodles for my liking, but the broth was scrumptious. My new fast favorite soup. The rest of the meal was good. There is a large selection of dishes I still want to try here. The decorations were a nice touch throughout the restaurant.

I have only ever done take-out here, but from what I have seen, I imagine that the atmosphere and service are great. This is probably the best place for American style Chinese/Asian food in the area. Everything I have ordered is fantastic. I recommend the Kung Pao Chicken and the Double Sautéed Sliced Pork for starters. The portions are large and I can make 2-3 meals out of whatever I order, which makes for a great value in my opinion. Give them a try, I think you’ll be surprised at the quality of the food. There is a reason that people consider them the best in the area.

Hunan Springs is arguably the best Chinese restraunt in the valley. The facility has a stunning entrance with antique door and lavish decorations. Recently updated lighting sets the perfect mood at dinner along with the large saltwater tank in the middle of the dining room. Service is usually prompt and attentive and the dishes are tasty. Their soups are scratch made and piping hot.

Update:June 2022: I’m so disappointed to say that when we went back for the first time in a few years, nothing was as good. Cold sesame noodles were gummy and pretty bland even when they made a second bowl for us. Salt and pepper shrimp was bland this time. The cucumbers remain amazing.
