Tried ordering online and showed error and said to call the herrin store. Talked to manager and explained that we are trying to order online so we can use a $3.00 coupon and it would not work and shows error and to call your store. He refused to honor the coupon. We spend alot of money when we order pizzas from this store in the past due to having a big family but will not order from them again. They just lost alot more than $3.00! Very poor management decision. They need to work on customer service for sure. TERRIBLE!!!

Normally, a really good place to get pizza. Past two times I’ve ordered, I’ve received no tomato sauce at all on my pizza. It’s one of the basic ingredients for a pizza!!! I even asked for extra as well.They really need to retrain their kitchen staff. How hard can it be to make a pizza?!
