Good place, nice ambience and good service. This place is great for salad lovers as they claim to have over 50 ingredients in their salad bar. Main course on the menu are good specially the ribs we had and they come with two sides from multiple option of sides. Serving size is good and simple not overwhelming. Chicken quesadillas were great and a must try if you go there. Service is good. Only downside is the silverware I got was not clean and I had to get it replaced, that’s why 4 stars otherwise everything else is good there. If you came for a movie at Emagine Saline, this restaurant is just close enough to have your lunch/dinner if you have plans to eat outside.

Delicious! Timely and courteous server. Nice greeting from the hostess. What more can you ask for? Ruby Tuesday in Saline is one of our go-to restaurants… that also has an awesome to-go menu/ drive-up service! All the stars well deserved here.

Discontempt
Incredibly mediocre experience. The server was terribly unprofessional, the water was served in cups that tasted like soap, the steamed broccoli was obviously old, the food overall wasn’t up to the price point of the plates. I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1 solely because the manager attempted to fix the problem, and the rest of the staff was pleasant.

Over-priced for mediocre food! And my soup today was just lukewarm, which means it wasn’t food safe. I will go back only if my friends insist on it, and I’ll try to talk them out of it. If I can’t, I plan to order an ice water, leave a $2 tip, and call it good. I’d rather eat at home and save my money.

Was seated promptly. I ordered the salad bar. Best salad bar, many choices. My Salmon was over cooked. Server Matt was terrible!!! Had to track him down for refills. Never came n asked if the food came out as ordered. I had to ask the hostess for to go containers. At the end Matt finally became friendly. My thought is hoping to get a nice tip.

Why is this place still in business? The salad bar was out of several items and what was there wasn’t that great. At no time during our visit did anyone tend to the salad bar to replenish all the items that were out. We ordered coffee, not only did one of the cups come half full, the coffee was hours old. The menu portions are quite small for the amount of money charged for them, and overall it was not a pleasant dining experience. Save your money and go eat somewhere else

The young lady who served us was attentive and nice. We ordered the triple play and burbone steak and ribs. The steaks were good however the ribs were greatly over cooked the shrimps were over seasoned and fried hard. We spoke with the manager and he offered little more than an apology. I will not be visiting this location again

Hailey was wonderful as our server tonight. She did the best she could with the kitchen and management to ensure us having a good time for the holiday. The food is what you can expect from any Ruby Tuesday. Unfortunately, they were out of ribs when we came in, but they were kind enough to compensate my mom’s meal for the delay, and not having her desired entree. Again though, the hospitality shown by the wait staff is what gets this place 4/5.

Brought my bill for me before I was done eating. Wanted to order something to drink and some dessert. But it seemed like they needed my booth for someone else, although the place was half empty. I must admit the desert my daughter ate was good accordion to her. And looked good.
