Placed the order online for 2 pies not on special but it’s all good. We paid extra for extra bell peppers, mozzarella & sauce on Papas Favorite. Showed up shortly after it was ready. Went in and was asked how I placed the order and they said, oh online will be over on the rack. I don’t recall seeing a sign or notice it in my text but that would have been nice. Got home, if the photos are of “extra” , then I am curious as to what “normal” looks like. At this pace I would be better off paying for one from Mod Pizza or the likes to get plenty of toppings. Very disappointed with the service, which up until this point has been good. The pizza still tasted good. We just ended up adding the “extra” that we could find at home.

Bought a family size pizza tonight and got home and unwrapped it and at least 2″ of the dough around the edge had nothing on it. We did call and talk with the assistant manager and he gave us a free pizza next time. We order a lot from there but staff are not up to date on certain offers.

Make sure to let the pizza sit out for a bit. If you go from fridge to oven the crust won’t be nearly as good as if you let it set out a bit before cooking. Very light and airy with a little patience but I know it’s hard to wait given how good the take-n-bake pizza is! F sized pepperoni was deeeee-licious!

Not really sure what the big deal is with this place (and concept for that matter). No distinguishing quality improvement over a pizza I can purchase at Fresh Market or Earth Fare. Pizza we ordered was fairly dry and lacked any memorable flavor. Will likely not return.
