We sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. The girl that finally took our order had such a bad attitude. I understand that maybe they are understaffed, So I was patient and polite with her. I thanked her 3 separate times and not even a “you’re welcome”. As a matter of fact she didn’t speak a word, just scowled. I work customer service and understand how tiring most days can be, especially if you are overwhelmed, but her attitude was outstanding.

We ordered online. The food was not ready when we got there. We waited 25-30 minutes for our order. We ordered spicey chicken but got regular. This happens all the time at the Senatobia location. The air conditioning must have been broken because it was extremely hot in there. While we waited on our order, another couple waited a few minutes and finally left. I will not be going back to this location.

Placed a $70 order online at 10am for 10:50 pickup. When I arrived in the lobby at 10:50, all 3 employees were sitting at the tables eating and my order was not ready. I had to tell them the name on the order 3 times before they found the order. Then they had to scramble to make it. I ended up being late to feed my crew.

Not only is the service absolutely horrible and rude, but they cannot manage to fulfill a order completely!! Everything taste like it was made hours ago, I hate going here but when the husband wants chicken we don’t have a ton of other options.

Struggled to make our order. 3 Employees just hanging out by the back door near the drive up speaker. They were so loud we couldnt be heard. Had to pull forward and order at the window. After a signifigant wait the Food order was correct…but they couldn’t make chicken sandwiches at that moment… maybe because there was 3 employees on break at the moment.

Absolutely disgusting. You would think since the “homestyle” macaroni and cheese is a new item they would fix it or at least make it fresh. It was oily, cold, there were huge chunks of cold greasy burnt cheese. Horrible. Plus It wouldn’t be Popeyes if you didn’t ask for mild and get spicy. Lesson learned from the Senatobia, Mississippi store. To think they quit selling the Cajun rice in favor of trying new stuff out is ridiculous. On the cook’s worst day he/she couldn’t mess up rice this bad.

After waiting in line for damn near 15 minutes to order I should’ve taken that as a clue to get out of line, but no….the hubby wanted chicken. 3 chicken breasts, 3 chicken wings and 3 ala carte biscuits(keep in mind a biscuit comes with each piece) our total came to $29. Why my hubby paid for it, I don’t know. Then on top of that we waited another 15 minutes for the 6pieces of chicken and 9 biscuits. The flavor was off, chicken tasted old. There was something off about the staff. Not sure if they were all high, in the back playing around, didn’t want to come to work or what the deal was. Anyhow, you decided to take on a role at a fast food restaurant and it comes with high stress peak times. The young man at the window was very pleasant and offered a drink for the wait, but the young lady who took the order was short with her responses and just didn’t have the greatest attitude. If you don’t like where you are in life(job, relationship, location) change it. But don’t take that out on other people.
