Don’t bother getting a chocolate frosted with sprinkles. There won’t be hardly any sprinkles on it. Maybe 20 sprinkles total for the entire donut. 90% less than the pictures on their menus. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! You’d think donuts would be the one thing they have to get right but no. This place never puts a reasonable amount of sprinkles. It’s almost nothing.

Updating my review because something has gone terribly wrong with this location. I don’t know if it’s new staff or what… but my review is dropping from 4 stars to 1. By the time we FINALLY got what we ordered, at least three people had left because their orders hadn’t been taken. There were at least five staff members there…. How does this happen?!

One of the worst Dunkin’s to visit. Showed up at 6:15 tonight, lobby is already locked even though their hours on the door say they close at 7 and online is says 9!? Every Sunday I show up between 6:10-6:35 to do a custody exchange and they’ve always already locked the lobby door. If you do get to run through drive through or happen to show up before they lock the doors, they’re terrible. Terrible service, coffee of always burnt and donuts are always stale. Will not be returning and would not recommend! Avoid if possible, unless you enjoy disappoinment.

Pretty sure everyone here worrys about there cell phones and their hair and nails (men included) more then actually working a job. My son went to use the toilet and there was no paper in either one. So I asked for some and they gave me three rolls to stock the bathrooms. Then I ordered a donut from the little moustache man working the counter and this guy rung me up but would not turn around to get my donut right behind him. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come from out back to hand me a donut. Smh
