We stopped in around 8 last night. We had great service from the time the lady greated us. She promptly took our order, immediately went to making our food. The food was excellent, very tasty, fresh and looked great. We are a family of 4 and we each got meals. But is was so good we ordered more. Yes more. Its the best food and service we have received here. We will definitely be stopping in more often especially when we see her working.

The looks and taste of our 3 sandwiches when they arrived were a perfect 10… Still fresh, fries were still crisp. Ordered a shake and it was still thick when it arrived. $10.11 for a sandwich no meal . Always liked Charley’s but the sandwich overall wasn’t that great I would say decent . They only been open for 3 weeks in the Walmart on 19. I will give them another try In the next month or so .

The employees had a snarky attitude and didn’t know how to handle customers at all. The food was not up to par for a cheese steak joint. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they had a delicious strawberry lemonade. I’ve only been back to get a strawberry lemonade that’s it.

I went in for lunch today happy to have Charley’s since I had not had it some time. I ordered a small chicken Philly with no tomatoes, green peppers or mushrooms to go. The guy who took my order smacked on his gum loudly as I and my husband ordered. We waited 8 minutes for our food. We got our food and when we got to the car I opened it for a quick bite. Low and behold green peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms. I walked back in and showed the guy still chomping his gum and asked for my money back cause I didn’t want to wait another 8 minutes. He said he doesn’t remember me ordering my sandwich the way I did was I sure that’s how I ordered it?? I said yes and he said again I don’t remember that I don’t think you order it that way. I said I did and would like to please have my money back. He was rude unconcerned that he paid no attention to the order. I would not recommend! My husbands sandwich was correct and he said it was ok not good but ok.
