Worst customer service. Walked out without buying any food after 2 employees were very rude. After telling a few friends about my experience they all said they have had the same experience and wont return. Place smelled like a sewage plant. Never again! They used to be the best but a bad attitude will destroy a business.

Since this location had its remodel, the prices went up but the food seems to be smaller- more skimpy. For example I have been eating Ultima taco since they were on the corner of seneca st. And mineral springs, I just picked up a Ultima taco the other day and it was all lettuce and limited meat, like 3 tomatoes. I love the food here and don’t mind paying more, if the portions match the price paying!

Staff was friendly and accommodating even though I walked through the door just before closing, I’ve never been there before, she took my order and got me out of there in 5-10 minutes, the food was excellent, and plentiful the nachos & cheese finished filling me up ,I will be back to try other items on the menu, the specialty burritos sound very interesting, also the price is on par with other businesses.

Ever since the location has been changed the service is terrible so is the food. My food was bland and super pricey. The lady at the desk working was super rude. They messed up my orders and i don’t recommend this place.

Ordered the ultima super taco large and onion rings. I’d probably give it 3 stars, but the prices are a bit steep. Almost $5 for that little bag of onion rings? Come on. The taco is mediocre at best. Very run of the mill. Super ultima or ultima super (whatever it’s called) you’d expect it to be amazing. I won’t go back. I’d rather have mighty taco.

Still a great place to eat. Seems like some of the food changed in taste since their reopening but still very delicious. Only bad thing is their hours of operation. Need to be open on weekends!!!
