I NEVER take the time to write reviews for restaurants, but my experience at this establishment has me beyond livid. I wanted to try a new place, and based on the online reviews I decided to give the shop a chance. To make a long story short, they sold me slices that had to be sitting for HOURS, and when I asked to either be refunded or have new slices made they refused—-both possibilities. I had bought the slices just to make sure I had enough for the family (in addition I ordered a large pep and sausage). Clearly you can see the difference. I spoke to the owner about the customer service I received and he could care less. How disappointing. I am almost 100 percent certain that Mama Pepino taught her workers much better manners than they demonstrated. If you are someone like me who reads reviews and takes them into account, stay (very) clear of ordering anything from this place!

Let’s start by saying I don’t eat steak. I ordered an Italian hoagie, and received a steak hoagie. When I called, the women argued with me stating that she not only heard me say a steak hoagie, but since she repeated it back to me and I didn’t correct her, she wasn’t able to give me a refund. When I asked if I could go out of my way to drive to the location with the full steak hoagie (untouched) and receive the correct order of an Italian hoagie that my family also heard me order over the phone, she said she wasn’t able to do that either. I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with the customer service of this location. It would have be different if I accidentally ordered something else I eat, but a steak hoagie? No way. And The fact that my family heard me also order an Italian hoagie, then the women on the phone argued with me, AND THEN said she couldn’t do anything about the situation is simply outrageous to me.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Their pizza is absolutely horrible. Ordered a large Sicilian pizza it came undercooked with cheese and toppings slid to the side. Called to get a refund and they said we don’t refund but can make you a new pizza. Why would I want another pizza from a place that didn’t care to make it right the 1st time?! Trash is what this place is.

Ordered pepperoni and sausage. Sausage was like rat pellets! I used to eat there alot. Definitely went down hill. For the price, spend $5:more dollars and go to Minneos. Won’t disappoint! Price not worth AVERAGE TASTING PIZZA! Very DISSATISFIED! Also cheap toppings.

I reviewed this place a year ago and you can find my review below. I have now upped it to five stars. We have been getting pizza here basically every Sunday night for the last eight years. The delivery drivers are always super friendly. And tonight I had a conversation with the delivery driver. He said that he is now retired and works this job for extra money. He said I would never work with another company again, except, this boss I have is the best boss I’ve ever had and the crew I work with is the best crew I’ve ever worked with. That’s a happy place and they make happy pizza and their pizzas will make your family happy.
