Frisch’s used to be a clean modern restaurant to get good food. In the last few years, every store I visited was dirty and had poor service. The quality of the food has fallen. The bathrooms are filthy!! The carpets are dirty, the windows are dirty, the light fixtures have hair and grease on them. This has been at three locations I visited. Shame on Frisch’s for letting a Cincinnati icon fall.

Horrible customer service, sloppy made food. Ordered 2 hot fudge cakes and paid good money for them. Absolutely disgusting. It’s a shame a can’t post pictures to show people not to go to the Montgomery road Norwood Ohio location.

Digusted! I pull up, placed my order and asked a follow-up question when suddenly communication ceased. I waited, said hello a few times and nothing. I drive up to the window where I see a young lady (burgundy and black braids) messing with her headset. Ok, I figured something happened to it that’s why she ceased communicating. She takes it off and seems to be going to get another one, or so I thought. She messed with it and then disappeared. I wait. I wait. A gentleman comes to the window and I tell him what happened. He said he had to see if they had anymore of the double fish sandwiches left when I explained he is the first person to acknowledge me since she didn’t EVEN THOUGH she saw me at the window, she looked at me. I wait. I wait. Then I see the headset wearing employee, who is no longer wearing a headset, come back into view with a bin of ice and no headset. Her and the gentleman have a conversation about…? No one acknowledges me, no one returns to address my order or why I’m even sitting there so I leave. So guess what? I will not return. I don’t spend my money at places with poor customer service. There are too many other establishments out her for me to be subjected to that. This occurred Sunday night just before 10pm, 5216 Glenway Avenue.

The Frisch’s in Maysville KY is just horrible. It took about 40 minutes to get our food. I ordered a big boy, when it came out the hamburger was the size of a quarter. I asked to see the manager when he finally came out he asked what the problem was I said look at this big boy. He said well we will make you another one. I said no because they would have spit on my food. He was very rude about it and so was the waitress. I will never go back there.

Absolutely b.s.that they don’t have kids prices no more, today it cost me $67.50 for four kids, one 15 an 3 are 11, salad bar, Mac an cheese, an a drink, the Mac an cheese was super small, I will not return to your establishments ,we went about a month ago an me my wife an 2 kids spent $97.00, I would rather go to a steak house, someone needs to fix this, kids should not cost over 17 dollars a peice, your prices are a joke

I will not go back again . Frisch’s was always one of my favorites until today . I ordered a Swiss miss platter and my son ordered a buddy boy . When the food came my Swiss miss was on a white bun as was my son’s buddy boy . My sandwich tasted nothing like a Swiss miss and was just plain bad . The rye bun is what made the sandwich , now Frischs has ruined it . Good bye Frischs !

I giving frischs a one star and I’m so sad to do so but since the new owners of frischs took over frischs has gone down hill so much and I have heard this by many!!! They took away green beans and then they take away the chili spaghetti. It’s like are they trying to get people to stop coming to frischs!! My grandma worked at frischs for 34 years and she is no longer here with us anymore but she would be so disappointed too that the chili spaghetti is gone!! Bring back the chili spaghetti!! Its discouraging and makes me not even want to visit frischs anymore!! New owners leave friechs how it was. Your doing nothing but messing it up for all of us frischs lovers!!!

The food at the North Main St location in Englewood, Ohio was horrible! I asked for well done onion rings… they were raw. The super big boy was disgusting as well…hamburger patties old & hard…and the bottom bun was soggy and wet. Never again will I eat at this restaurant.

I would give this 0..ordered my food at the Burlington ky location .I ordered a bacon cheeseburger..she says we no longer have bacon cheeseburgers..I Said can you add bacon? Lol its gets worse. The manager Amy was nice .one employee said it looks like fast food.
