I placed an order online and didn’t get my food until it was time for them to close. So I waited an hour on 1 cheese pizza and wings. I got home and the pizza was burned bad. I will never return to this Little Caesars.

These people think that a pick up time is the time they need to start making your order. Instead of it being the time you come to actually PICK UP. I asked the person what time the food would be READY he says 4:30. I ask if it’s ready at 4:30. He says 12 minutes. I ask why. If he JUST said the pizza would be ready at 4:30. He says that’s the pickup time not the ready time. No wonder this guy works here. Probably wouldn’t get hired anywhere else. Horrible service. So Monotone you can tell he hates being there.

This is so far the worst Little Caesars branch I have ever been to!!! The service is horrible and the workers don’t do their job. The line is always so long. Online orders are not ready on time. I went in there when my pick up time was 9:04pm. I was told by an employee that it will take 20 minutes more! I told her that my pickup time is 9:04 and they gave me someone else’s pizza that was sitting there for while I believe!! HORRIBLE AND SLOW SERVICE!

My whole order was wrong including the 2 litter soda i ordered. They sent me a burnt pizza and the crazy bread was all smushed. Their was also a hair on one of the pizzas.

This place is trash. Ordered my son a cheese pizza they gave us a pepperoni, we don’t eat pork due to beliefs. When calling to speak to manager he acted like it was nothing. I don’t live near this place and it’s inconvenient and disrespectful. Corporate will definitely hear from us. Vishnu S next time make sure you do your job and give ppl what they order.

Waited more than 15 minutes to get a fresh made pizza only for it to be super thin,, cut wrong and falling apart. The breadsticks were smushed in the bag all thin falling apart. Worst experience with this location.

I am absolutely appauled at this point!! First it was uncooked dough, too much yeast in yhe dough and then it was hour and 40 minute wait times for a single Hot n Ready and now THIS?!?!?! Whosever hair this belongs to, please think of the children! Pizza and burgers are the 2 most wanted meals for kids. AND THIS THICK BLACK HAIR HAS JUST RUINED OUR FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT!!!!!! Im not gonna say it was a hair of indecent origin but it was thick and black like horse hair. My daughter was horrified and digusted when she saw this hair on my pizza. Please for the love of Christ, if your employees have hair, tell em to wear hair nets or for the best if they have beards, to shave them off!!!! Its very unpleasant to go through stuff like this. Ill be very likely to never come here ever again!!
