Before you say, “but you guys ate half of it,” my family and I had been running around all day & were finally ready to eat & I paid $20 for it. We’ve had this pizza many times before and it’s always been hit or miss, depending on who’s working, I guess. But this, by far, is the worst we’ve ever gotten. Ordered an XL pepperoni. The cheese was so burnt, it was like cardboard. The bottom had so much flour on it, that’s all you could taste. The pepperoni was pretty much crispy because it was so burnt. Until now, I always thought even bad pizza was still good pizza. Never ordering from here again. 0/10 stars.

First time, last time. Pizza ordered at 6pm, was told would be an hour. I arrived on time, was told would be another 10 minutes, it was easily another 40 minutes. Ok, well I can get past it if this pizza is good. Pizza has crust that can only be described as a combination of saltines combined with cement. Sauce was horrible, pepperoni was not bad and cheese was ok.The place looked like it should be on the show hoarders. I’m calling the Allegheny county health department tomorrow, so they can find out what the kitchen looks like. Anyone on this review site that gave a good review is either an employee of the place or somehow related to this owner. I guess it’s also possible that people who consider longhorn a good steak place, probably shouldn’t be allowed to have an opinion about any restaurant. From here on out, I will only cross the bridge for J&S.

We decided to try this place since we pass it all the time. We ordered a variety of things off the menu and after trying everything, we are never going back. Most of the food had a frozen food taste to it or was bland. The Pizza was undercooked and had a weird flavor. The only food we enjoyed were the fries. After spending so much money we had to order more food from another restaurant because the food we got from this restaurant was just not really edible. The inside of the restaurant looks real run down too. I’m unsure how they have passed any health and safety inspections. I would not recommend this place for any food especially pizza. Literally order from any other pizza place further down the road.

I try to support all businesses no matter what but wow.. I hadn’t been here in years and I walked in and not one customer or staff member were present. I looked around and all the drink coolers were empty.. Piles of junk everywhere.. Absolute dump. And the food reviews are terrible lately if you read them. I walked right out in less than 10 seconds. This business should be ashamed to even have a open sign on. Pull it together or shut it down.

This was the worst pizza and customer service EVER! I’ve had frozen pizza better than this. Plus they said a 30 minute wait and it turned out to be 75 minutes. Please don’t waste your time or money! There are many good pizza places around Natrona Heights.

This was the worst service I had. How can you do food nut you have to have 15 dollars just to deliver it. I ordered the pizza hoagie. The hoagie had barely anything on it (pepperoni and mushrooms). There was more sauce than anything. The bread was burnt so I couldn’t even eat that. Had to order fries to make it to 15 dollars (since I don’t drive) and the fries were all nasty. Tasted like sat in grease. Pretty bad that they don’t even have pop/soda to order to go with the food. Will never order from here again. The old owner had this food better. This place needs shut down.. its bad.

Update 3 years later: Unfortunately the quality has slipped significantly. Last year 2 pizzas in a row we over cooked and dry.. Turned us off so we started going to a chain place (but felt guilty never talking to management about it). Just tried it again.. this one we called Pizza jerky. All the cheese had essentially cooked off (couldn’t even find a bite for my cheese loving cat) disappointed again.

People normally spend 10 to 45 minutes there because it takes so long for the food to come out! I have been a very loyal customer 4 at least 3 years and it still takes an hour and a half to get a small pizza to our home and it’s cold! I have tried many times to connect and talk nicely to the owner and staff with little results to our problems. When it is done promptly and correctly… It is very good but the likeliness of that happening is very slim!

I moved here in April last year and this place is right up the road from my apartment. I’ve been wanting to come here since and didn’t get to until just the other day. Mainly, my stars are for the comfy atmosphere created by the staff. It’s not a glamorous lobby, but the staff have such great attitudes and it just makes up for what they lack in ambience. I got a pierogi pizza and a steak calzone. Pretty good, but I wasn’t as amazed as I’d hoped to be. It’s definitely better than other places I’ve been in the area, that’s for sure! If you are driving by this place (like I did ENDLESS times) wondering what it’s like, definitely check it out! Good stuff!

The pizza is great when they get it right, which is about 10% of the time. The other 90% of the time I have to wait over an hour for food and make 2 trips because it’s never correct. This has to be the most inconsistent food place on the history of the planet. If you want a chance of decent pizza that isn’t hard cheese and cardboard crust, ask for lightly done and then make sure they heard you that you said lightly done.
