Jersey Jo’s is a RARE DIAMOND in this big city. The second we walked into the door the lady at the counter, Chris, welcomed us with the most extraordinary customer service I have had in a long time! It is hard find a place to eat where the employees make you feel like family but she sure did!! She walked us through everything, and even gave us her suggestions. But when the food was brought out, I was blown away! The portions are huge! My 6 y/o had the chicken tenders for kids and he ate everything. That never happens! I had the cheesesteak and the first bite was an explosion of flavors in my mouth. The seasoning, the veggies, the meat is perfection. It is the absolute BEST cheesesteak I have ever had and I mean ever! Don’t be afraid of the pricing, because the food plus the customer service is PRICELESS! This is the place you do not want to pass by!! We will be back every time we have to come to Minnesota for Mayo.

Grabbed food to go here last night and the food was amazing. Service was great, my order was ready on time and the quality of food was excellent. It may not be the cheapest place in town but you get what you pay for. Will definitely be back!

So, Jerseys is at our local fair. I had ankle surgery and it’s a lot just to get out of the house. I was craving a sandwich and my husband decided to go get it. I wanted a simple steak sandwich with provolone and mushrooms. Saturday at noon on the busiest day and they have no provolone.

My husband and I went to Jersey Jo’s in search of the best cheesesteak in Rochester as we have tried the other local cheesesteak establishments previously. This is 1000% the best cheesesteak in town IF you want a REAL cheesesteak!!! But that’s not the only reason I am leaving a 5 star review. This is a small business, a FAMILY OWNED business. And from the moment we walked in, we felt like family. The owner, Jo, is the man! He and his Wife were so friendly. The conversation was just as good as the food. If you want multiple layers of flavor, the real cheesesteak experience, and to support a family owned business, I suggest you find your way here.
