I haven’t had Papa John’s in a good couple of years. I wanted pizza and was giving them another chance since last time the pizza wasn’t great at all. I ordered an Ultimate Pepperoni pizza and my first order they gave me was basically just a regular Pepperoni pizza. It was my mistake for not checking and only figuring it out when I was home but I went back and told them and the staff did give me a weird look as if I didn’t kno what I was talking about. They did make me another one and I did get the correct kind but I found it rude when it clearly wasn’t an Ultimate Pepperoni as advertised. Regardless I gave 3 stars because they did give me a new one but I dont think I will be giving Papa John’s my business anymore.

The pizza was soggy and uncooked. They took my order and didn’t give me a receipt and made me show my bank statement for my pizza because all the workers agreed with a woman I didn’t pay. If they’d do their job I would’ve been good. Forsure i won’t return. I honestly want an apology and a refund.

I don’t know what happened but it was bad been here a couple of times. I ordered 3 pizzas 1 was burnt the Shaq-o-roni burnt bad . the other was not fully cooked dough was really stretchy.One slice of the other pizza had a fly cooked in to the cheese. Papa John’s has better ingredients…… I don’t know about the FLY being one . Verry disappointing. One more thing i got pictures to prove it!!

Horrible place employees think they give wonderful customer service because they sometimes open the door for you . My husband tripped on crates they had on the floor as he was leaving and all they guy said was oh sorry. I called to speak to a Manger and all Alfonso told me we but did he fall though and if all your doing is calling to complain your doing it then he said I hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday.

ZERO STARS STAY AWAY BAD SERVICE / BAD FRANCHISE….Was told 30min never received my order finally went in 2HRS later to ask for refund or discount something. Was told no manager onsite and they cant do it so just got a refund. Order Pizza from another company you will probably recieve it in a timely manner.

I was looking to buy a extravaganza Pizza but I didn’t see it so I was just trying to find some similarities being my first time there that didn’t work so I try to yet I guess some more than three toppings on one pizza because it’s just me that didn’t work so after craving a pizza week I didn’t get my pizza very disappointing about Papa John but I see they don’t have three or more toppings for 1 Pizza with sale so I have to do more investigation with Papa John’s before I can say I didn’t turned over from other pizza places to A Papa John’s fan

I order today a pizza the female driver was so rude. I was giving her instructions on how to get to my place I live in a mobile home. She refused to deliver my pizza. I have never been so upset with this place. We have a guard shack for her to ask questions and a map by the pool house there was no excuse for her not to deliver my pizza. She expected me to come look for after I have included a tip. I’m not ordering pizza from here again. Very bad Customer Service

What a great Papa John’s Pizza establishment. Great Pizza and great customer service. Delivery on time. I have done researcher and their pizza has the lowest calories per slice. So many side items also. I give them a 10.
