The food is average. I am from Buffalo, and the crust is definitely not Buffalo crust. It tastes like it’s a frozen pizza dough. I agree with other reviews that there is not much cheese and sauce either. We had the same situation as another review, ordered the wings medium and there was no visible sauce on them. Also beware of extra fees. There is an additional “service fee” added to all orders, PLUS a “support local fee”! When I asked what that was they said it was to pay for the ChowNow online ordering system, so when you order online you get two fees instead of one! Come on Bisonte, this is not a representation of the pizza and wings in Buffalo. You can do better than this, without all the extra fees!

So being from Long Island NY it can be difficult to find a pizza place that has flavor and style you are accustomed to. That being said I met a young lady named Sarah on Wednesday who works at the newest location of Bisonte in Ballantyne who intrigued me enough to want to come back and give their Buffalo Style Pizza a try. I am a NY style pizza girl all the way (which they do have) but, she convinced me to give the Buffalo a try and being a woman of my word I did today. Well as you see in the pic I have a Buffalo chicken Buffalo Style and a Cheese Buffalo Style pizza. They were both very good. Flavorful and Fresh down to the crust! Next time I would ask for more sauce on the cheese pizza because, it has a nice flavor and Buffalo style crust is thicker than NY style. Now when I want good tasting pizza that has flavor that other places lack I have no problem going for the Buffalo Style at Bisonte. Now I have to try their NY Style. Thanks Miss Sarah.

Meat lovers pizza was basic . Crust average ! Ordered the Sweet Chilli wings they were barely sauced all sweet no heat . The amount of money I paid for basic food was a little outrageous as well

I don’t normally leave reviews but I will this time. First the positive — the ingredients were basically very good because the pizza was tasty. But there left a lot that could be improved to make me anxious to come back. We ordered a “Buffalo style “ pizza out of curiosity to see how it compares to our NY style from our hometown. In researching we saw it should be crustier, slightly thicker, wth more cheese and sweeter sauce. We order a one topping with capicolla. When it came there was virtually no visible capicolla. Several slices had none, others a speck. Ok next time try pepperoni or mushroom. There also was no abundance of either cheese or sauce. It kinda reminded of you of a hybrid pizza between a Sicilian and a Neopolitan—like a weak sister of a Chicago or Detroit deep dish. Anyway, as I said at the outset, it tasted ok, but just a little less than it could be. Im inclined actually to give it one more try to see if the pizza maker just had an off day. One other observation—a 17 inch pizza came in a 16 in box and it didn’t touch any side. Again, my intent in writing this is not to discourage people from trying it but to offer some constructive comments to the owner to oversee quality control at this location.

This place is Amazing! I really enjoyed the cheese pizza on the thick crust and the FRESH CUT FRIES are to DIE for!! I used the sweet barbecue sauce to dip the fries in and I almost bit my finger off it was soooooo darn good! You will not be disappointed!

Your wings are real deal buffalo wings, crispy, hot, medium or mild, haven’t had wings like this in awhile. One complaint you guys are from Buffalo their is no such thing as boneless wings!!!

I don’t know how to rate this. Bisonte Pizza moved into a local pizza joint that closed during COVID but, I couldn’t tell when they officially opened due to lack of signage.
