I stopped in at around 7:40 tonight as I made a mobile order online and I have to say the employees who were there were really nice. The drink I ordered was unavailable as their coolatta machine was broken, so the one man who was working offered if I wanted anything else instead. Therefore I ordered something else and didn’t have to wait long at all. I also have to say this location is nice and clean everytime I come in here.

I placed a mobile order in the Dunkin app for an iced latte today at 8:28pm, when I arrived the doors were locked and they were closed. Neither my Dunkin app nor Google Maps said they were closed, they say they close at 9pm. No way to get my money back. They offered to print me a receipt so I can take it to another Dunkin location and ask them to make it for me.

I really enjoy stopping by this location when it’s not too busy. The drive through is very efficient and it is a lot nicer in there after the refurbishment. The ladies running the drive through even remember me, which was impressive because I don’t consider myself to be a regular.

After a fresh makeover, this is the best-looking dunkin in town. The service at this Dunkin is very good. It’s always clean inside. Nice sitting area if you want to enjoy your meal inside, and they adjusted theidrive-through, so hopefully, that helps with some of the issues before the makeover. Best Dunkin in Danbury.
