Great to have another vegan restaurant in SLO! “Plant-based” doesn’t always mean vegan but they confirmed at the counter. The fried chicken sandwich with pub tots and classic burger were all good. We’ll be back for sure.

I really dislike leaving a bad review for an all-vegan joint, but after giving this place half a dozen chances, I am now at a point where I won’t come back, at least not for a long time and not until major improvements are made. Customer service is not great; food is wildly inconsistent. Today my daughter and I both ordered the classic burger with two patties. When we approached to place our order, the employee seated behind the counter was eating pepperoni pizza(!). He continued to eat and chew as he entered our order into the tablet. When the burgers came out 10 minutes later, they were all wrong, and very different than the burgers we had here a week ago. It was like they were prepared by a third grader. The patties seemed not fully cooked and were barely warm. The cheese must have been thrown in after, not melted in the least, condiments were sparse, very little sauce. It was not good. A couple of weeks ago I came to have lunch, only to find a sign that said they would open at 2pm. I have previously ordered the Caesar salad, extremely overpriced for the little bit of lettuce with sauce. I find the tots too oily for my liking. Maybe they were overcooked the time I ordered them and sat in the oil longer than they should have? I really hope management can pull it together and hire good cooks and good staff. Until then I’ll be ordering my burgers from Ziggy’s.

We drove all the way to try this place hoping it would be decent. Only thing that was good was the potato tots ♂️ Impossible patty not cooked enough, cheese wasn’t even melted ! the other ingredients were fresh though. Cesar salad dressing was nice but croutons were stale and just came with lettuce Massive disappointment, but hopefully they can improve as SLO needs more vegan places !

I got the buffalo style fried chicken burger and it was amazing -flavorful with high quality ingredients and a buttery bun without being too oily. This was the best veggie burger I’ve ever had (and as a lifelong vegetarian, I’ve had my fair share). Would definitely come back!

Terrible service the guy had his. Ear pods in and uninterested in helping me …as far as the food goes….I ordered the Caesar salad and the tater tots how on earth can you mess that up?? The salad was limp romaine leafs a drop of dressing and stale crotons. The tater tots had a dimes worth of sauce I went back to ask for more sauce and the guy acted like I asked him to run a mile and even then I got another dimes worth =horrible service never going back

Not for real vegans. They use LikeMeat [soy/pea based] which taste way too much like meat. If you are a real vegan, who doesn’t like the taste of meat this place is likely not for you.
