If I could give a 0. I would. My wife and I go here all the time and it used to be good food, but for some reason this particular time it wasn’t. I spoke with Maria “store manager” supposedly. I kindly told her that the food was just horrible this time and asked for my refund. She told me there were no refunds and said I was being aggressive and rude (none of which happened) and then she slammed the drive thru window, kept the food and my money. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!. I stated I would contact corporate and she said go ahead. Unfortunately we can not contact corporate due to them being out of country. So sadly we had to contact the police and stated she essentially stole from us. Sad day for the human race and shameful it had to come to this. The police have way bigger issues than this, but I was not going to let her steal from us! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

I keep giving them a chance hoping the food would get better sometimes it’s hit and miss depending on what I order but the carne asada fries are definitely a no go. Every time I order the carne asada fries it’s filled with grease at the bottom, fries hard as a rock and cheese not all the way melted. Burritos haven’t been bad but I will never get the carne fries from them again

I was on a phone call and distracted. I handed the drive thru lady my debit card. When I checked my bank, I was charged $14.38, and my item was an $8.50 quesadilla. She didn’t put a receipt in the bag. The quesadilla was watery from the chicken juice and made the tortilla soggy.

Girl at counter was to worried about guy in back then to take order. Told them theres no ice in soda machine and got nothing in responce. Couldn’t get salsa or anything i asked for.
