We went to Hills and Hollows this past Saturday July 29th. The food was terrible. The catfish was river fish and burned to a crisp, the black as tar and cooked in old grease. The fried shrimp was over salted we couldn’t eat them.The boiled shrimp was old and warmed over. When I tried to peal them they turned to mush in my hand. When I ask to speak to the manager, he was very rude. He told me that if I didn’t like it to pay for my food and get out. I can’t reccomend this place to anyone. Please don’t waste your money. We paid $70.00 for a meal we left sitting on the table.

Clean place. Fast, friendly service. BUT my husband didn’t like his steak as it was tough and bland. And my son’s shrimp was pretty tough too. The seating arrangements were pretty close together as well.

Great quality and flavor! The food was seasoned well! The buffet was steadily being replenished with freshly prepared food items! Our waitress, as well as other staff, brought out refills and ensured that we were well taken care of.
