Paid 14.99 plus tax for a steak and egg breakfast, took one bite of the steak and it tasted like it was spoiled. Not only would they not replace it, I still had to pay full price. It is bad to pay full price for rotten meat that you can eat.

The benches are seats are all ripped and covered in tape, after we sat down the water that they brough us tasted off and smelled foul. We got up and left. If they cannot keep the dining room presentable and the water clean then there is no way their food standards are up to par.

I have eaten at this particular TGI Friday’s upwards of 20 times while waiting to board my weekly return flight home. They are consistently friendly. Even when busy, their quality of service is better than most TGI Friday’s locations off airport property. I do not notice any distinction in food quality compared to other locations. One negative comment: Cleanliness is hit or miss. Some days the restaurant is immaculate. Other days it could use a bit more attention.

I do not think it is too much to ask, nor do I think it should need to be asked, but a bartender putting down a menu (or cocktail napkin) without wiping the counter from the previous guest is just GROSS. In this case, when I ‘attempted’ to ask for something to wipe it as she was placing a menu down, this bartender [a very miserable female] just blew a gasket. There are other options, and TGIF at PIT Airport, is NOT on of them. Thank you for reducing my choices. Primanti’s was great, and packed…no wonder why

Great service and food was yummy. Environment was poor. Duct taped booths…worn out tables, loss of seating by the windows….extremely limited breakfast menu. As we move away from Covid, it’s time to reinvest in this restaurant. I’ve always enjoyed it and would like to enjoy it again.

Horrible. Had a Cobb salad around 4:30pm on Wednesday Nov 16 and developed intense, worst ever food poisoning about 6 hours later that lasted over an hour.
