I use to love papa murpheys. The service was fantastic but the pizza came out absolutely awful. I followed every instruction for baking as I have every time in the past. But the pizza came out burnt on the outside yet somehow the dough was completely raw and when I tried to remove it from the tray it completely fell apart. At one point I tried to put it back in to cook the dough more but it just wouldn’t cook. Not to mention the Ingredients which are normally fantastic were awful. Like I said I use to love this place but I don’t know if I want to go back after this.

When you need tasty pizzas and do not mind baking it yourself, this is the place. Good tasting, good quality menu items, and good service. The featured pizzas are quite good, or you may select only those items you want. For the occasions when I have guests, I buy a Family sized Cowboy, lots to like and everyone enjoys it. Friendly folks work here, so I do not think you will be disappointed.

Standing in this Papa Murphy’s location as I write this review. My online order was quoted to be finished 10 minutes ago and it’s still in line with only one person making pizzas. I’ve been listening to the guy out of the counter have to explain they’re out of thin crust, out of mushrooms, out of this and that. I can probably start counting on two hands the number of times I’ve had to wait a significant amount of time for an online order and we don’t order that often. I love Papa Murphy’s so I keep coming back, but I need to revise my expectations. Double the quoted time and you should be good…maybe.

Great service and friendly folks at this location. But recently the pizzas have become terrible. I ordered a thin crust pepperoni withMushrooms onions and green peppers. All the veggies obviously had been put through a food processor. Ughhh! No slicing or dicing going on here! The sauce was poor and the always tasty crust was not good. I’ve given them three tries in the past month and all three were lousy. Heck, I can get a better pizza at Pizza Hut for the same price already cooked (and i hate Pizza Hut! )

Then I get the pleasure of watching those who ordered upon entering leave with their order while I stand and watch. 20 minutes worth yesterday. Not going back.
