Visited Yippon Ramen and opted for their Chicken Katsudon lunch special, complete with an egg roll and miso soup. Impressed by the quality of the meal, and the service was exceptional. If you’re after a delicious lunch with friendly service, Yippon Ramen is a solid choice.

Went there with my hubby yesterday. We were impressed with our ramen bowls. We ordered Karage Ramen (R5) and Kimchi Beef Ramen (R7). They were delicious. Marinated eggs were also delicious. They were well decorated and pretty. We also ordered BBQ Pork Buns (A4). They were ok, not really fancy. Not really very flavorful. Small pork portion in the buns. Our staff was polite and friendly. We enjoyed its atmosphere. Beautifully decorated. Restroom was clean and nice. We will definitely come back soon!

Decided to try this ramen and sushi place and we were surprised of how good it was. I’ve tried two other ramen & sushi places around San Antonio but this was way better. I’ll definitely be coming back again. The waiter was friendly and helpful as well.

No one greeted us when we walked in. Service was horrible. Didn’t get a refill on water. Sashimi was room temperature. Ramen was fair. The waiter looked like he didn’t want to be at work that day and should try to be a bit more professional when it comes to taking orders.

Had the honor of trying this new Ramen & Sushi spot. I must say that everything is fresh and delicious. From the appetizers, to the ramen, and their sushi rolls. Everything was flavorful. My favorite is definitely the Black Garlic ramen. Highly recommend the Gyoza, Shumai, and Texan Roll!! Can’t wait to come back!

I used to drive up to Austin for really good Chicken Karaage at Loro’s, I never thought I would say this but this place makes it even more flavorful! I sat at the sushi bar area and asked the chef to make me his favorite sushi roll since it was my first time there. He made me the Mango Hawaiian Roll, I loved it! I would highly recommend it. I found out the sushi chef used to work at a well known sushi restaurant in New York City, so you know the stuff he makes are going to be too notch. Finally the Ramen arrived, I ordered the Tonkatsu, which had a very balanced broth, the marinated meat blew me away with how good it tasted! Combined with the very chilled ambiance I would definitely come back again.

Had my birthday dinner here on Saturday afternoon. It was delicious. So glad to have a ramen place so close to my house now. My husband and I tried the karaage appetizer which was crispy on the outside with a nice dipping sauce to go with it. We also had the takoyaki appetizer my husband loved them. They arent my favorite but I still found them to be pretty good. We split a Texan roll which was topped with eel and crab. Was super excited the crab was actual crab and not the fake crab a lot of places use in sushi. It was amazing. I got the spicy miso ramen which was good. Not spicy enough for me but you can ask for extra spice so now i know for next time. Added an extra egg as well. The noodles were cooked perfectly not overdone. My husband got the Tan Tan ramen which he enjoyed. All servings were generous we ended up taking half our ramens home and having them for lunch the next day. The service was the best we have had in a long time. From the host who sat us and the wait staff. They all worked together really well. Out waters never went empty multiple people came to check on us. Even the owner came out to make sure everything was to our liking. The only downside I can say about the place is that the music was pretty loud.

The only complaint I have was that my party of 3 waited 20mins before anyone took our drink order and that was after asking someone to help us. After we got someone the service was pretty good and the food was great! We had the yum crab roll and ramens. Their broth is very tasty and serving sizes are generous 😛 I believe we will definitely visit again in the future.
