the general manager here is so so kind!! they ran out of bread 15 minutes before closing and he made more bread for the rest of the orders. the delivery driver was also very nice and offered us cookies or a drink while we waited. The GM also engaged in conversation and it was just so nice to see such kind people

I eat waaaay too many subs from Jimmy Johns, 3 or more per week. This location is the worst I have ever encountered. Super slow deliveries and staff that certainly doesn’t care about customer experience. Last order from this location.

This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered! The cashier was rude. They ran out of buns, so I payed full price for 2 8 inch subs served in n whole wheat bread instead. When I questioned this, she snapped back at me that she pointed to the wheat bread when taking my order,,which is not true! They messed up my sandwich and basically tossed my food at me. Awful experience!!!!

Walked in and couldn’t have been greeted more promptly or excitedly by entire staff. Did not take me long to decide from their vast menu that the $14.55 spicy Italian was the sandwich for me, it did not disappoint! Just moved into the area and plan on stopping in quite often and we’ll get one of their rewards cards. Suggest this to be a go-to stop for anyone in the area looking for the best of in America.
