JUST AWFUL! This location is THE WORST PIZZA. We live <2 miles away so its convenient when food delivery is necessary. I’ve ordered many times over 7 yrs. It used to be decent (considering it’s a pizza delivery chain) but the last three years has been consistently terrible. Tonight the pizza arrived cold, soggy, & SQUASHED! The top of the box was wet & and indented. The pizza slices weren’t sliced through. The delivery driver arrived with the wrong soda. Even my teenage daughter was disgusted. They NEVER give refunds; they only offer you a 20% discount or free medium pizza for next time. If anyone is researching to open up a great pizza shop on this side of town, you will definitely be successful!

A complete waste of $60. I wish I would have looked at the recent reviews before ordering from here. The entire current team that works at this location needs to be replaced. Just like the other reviews state we received a pizza with no tomato sauce, chicken Alfredo pasta with no Alfredo sauce and dry hard noodles, cinnamon sticks that were cold and hard, AND they forgot out cheese bread sticks. I don’t think I have ever ordered from a place where they ruined the entire order before. I will never order from this location again and everyone there should be fired. They have no clue what they are doing. They even lied and told us they cannot add more Alfredo sauce to the pasta until we raised hell with them.

I ordered late night delivery, after a long day of traveling. My pizza arrived hot, and I appreciated that. The cheesesteak sandwich was awful. The cheese of the sandwich was burnt, and they delivered it anyway. That says a lot about a business. The most enjoyable part of this order was outer crust of the pizza.

Delivery Instructions stated contactless delivery and to leave at door… Wasn’t left at door. Driver called and I said leave at door, was told he was leaving it in the lobby. I tried to say no, please leave at my door and instead was hung up on. Called the actual store and explained and the lady said it was unacceptable and that the driver would go back and leave at door… when I arrived 5 minutes later, I got another call amfrom the driver asking if I got my food. I said I was heading up now, and was hung up on again!!! When I got up the steps to my room, there was still nothing left at my door… I never got my order even though I was charged…!!!

I don’t know how they do it but these folks make a better pizza than other Domino’s in the St. Petersburg area. This one happens to be close to my office. I’ve driven out of my way to spend my money at this store, avoiding other Domino’s which might be closer to my home, to pick up a pizza on the weekend. In the rare case that is an issue with a pizza or other product, the matter is promptly addressed and resolved. Highly recommended!

I’ve tried ordering from this location multiple times and there are always issues (2 hour delivery times, cold food, rude drivers). Today, the driver didn’t deliver the food despite my card being charged and the app stating it was delivered. When I called, the man who answered assured me the pizza was “on its way” but it never arrived.

I placed a order for delivery at 7:41pm, did not receive the order until 10:00pm. I had not paid yet so I told the driver how long it took he just kind of looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. I proceeded to tell him I already ordered from somewhere else because I assumed it wasnt coming. He got mad and just turned around and walked away. Never again from that location! I should have took the pizza and then not paid him because it shoulda gave been free at that point anyways.
