Dont use online ordering! It doesn’t alert the staff and they don’t know about it until you show up to get your order. This is our favorite pizza but definitely need to upgrade their technology and their hours to what they really work.

Air condition was not working landlord refuses to fix it. I feel sorry for the employees and patrons who choose to eat there. Food was excellent.

Thanks to Groupon, we enjoyed our first delicious experience at Fairfield Pizza. We were fortunate to have Faith as our server. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and kept us well informed at every transition, although she was very busy. The house salads were amazing! They don’t cut corners on product quality or presentation. The pastas, pizza and appetizer were just fantastic. We had plenty of leftovers, which anyone on a budget can appreciate. They also offer delivery and a wide variety of beverages.

Cheese pizza and half the bottom was burned. Staff did exchange it for a new one, however I did need to drive back to pick it up. The only exchange was that they agreed it was burnt. A simple sorry for the inconvenience would have been nice.

Food was good, sauce was alittle heavy, and sausage had a kick to it. Service was alittle slow. Pictures are of the Garlic Knot appetizer, Ziti pasta, Calzone and a Large Pep, Sausage, Onion and Extra Cheese pizza. 4 Sodas. 4 Adults. $55.00 including tip.

1st time visit. Enter and see order counter. Has menu board. Turn right at order counter and find cozy dining room kind of dark but airy with window that needs new blinds. One person at the order counter was busy with another patron yet acknowledged us in a timely manner. We seated ourselves to a table in the middle of around 12 tables and booths along the walls. Person at counter came and took drink orders then a tiny bit later another person came and took our order. Do not be in a hurry here. Ordered the lasagna. Came with house salad and garlic bread….alot of garlic bread. The sauce and noodles of the lasagna was excellent…very hot and fresh. VERY reasonable price for what I had. Overall 5 star from me.

Worst pizza I ever had. First off, they said 25-30 minutes pick up. Got there in 25 and they hadn’t even started making it. Second, ordered extra cheese, sausage, Canadian bacon, tomato slices. NOT 1 sausage found on the thing. If what I got was extra cheese, I’d hate to see regular amount. Canadian bacon (what few there was) was so thin sliced you could see thru it. Never ordering from that place again.

Delivery was fast and the food was awesome this time, they were out of a couple things but what we ended up ordering was great, I had the manicotti and my wife had the meat ravioli, the salad was fresh and the buttered garlic bread was good.

This place makes great pizza. They seem to have a problem with their staff showing up but that’s seems common when people make money staying home.

The pizza was to be ready at 4 pm. I was there at 4 pm. I had to wait 10 minutes for the pizza to come out of the oven. This means the pizza came out of the oven at 4:10. There were a total of 5 people including me waiting on their orders. These other four people were not smiling. I was not smiling either. Two people were able to sit down on a bench. The other three of us were standing leaning up against the walls and the coolers while we were waiting for our orders. Yes the pizza was hot. However I did not find the pizza as tasty has the two other pizza places in my neighborhood. The tomato sauce tasted like tomato paste without any other ingredients. The pizza crust was extremely chewy and greasy. The cheese was plentiful and tasty. I would have liked it better if the pepperoni was more cooked and crisp.
