It’s been 20 min since we ordered and it’s taking them this long to make 2 bagels and a sandwich… and we are the only customers here … also, just completely rude and incompetent. We left without getting our order, they were not able to provide a refund because the manager was not available, going to just write it off with my credit card. Absolutely shocking have somebody can’t even make a bagel… mind blowing …

I use to always love coming here but the new manager Amber or whatever her name is was extremely rude to me just because I had to show her how to work the transaction ( I use to work at Dunkin) as soon as I helped her figure it out, she got extremely rude with me. Only employee that deserves to be manager there is a young lady named Haley. The manager is ego and power tripping. So I would avoid this place and the Mobil gas station location as well.

Came in this morning and Steven (whom is always the most pleasant worker) was working completely alone, running around the store managing both drive thru and in store orders. If they’re only going to have one employee running the store they deserve a living wage!! Give this young man a raise!!!! This store is so poorly managed, I’m embarrassed

Consistently horrible customer service. I just waited in the drive thru line for 5 minutes (with another car behind me) waiting for someone to take my order. A man came in and said “sorry the drive thru is closed but you’re welcome to come on in” I said “okay, you should put a sign up then” he quickly responded with “it’ll be open but the time I put the sign up” so I asked when it would open since I have a 7 month old in the car and was using the drive thru due to that and would consider continuing to wait for it to open. The employee decided that no response was the best answer. It was 11:08am. Why is the drive thru not open? If you’re doing wrong as a company (not open according to posted hours and no signage) you should have more respect when speaking to patient customers.

Lines takes forever. I got my first drink and she didn’t even begin to .ake my second one till I sat at the window for a couple mins and she then asked what else I was waiting for ( my other drink and my food) I also got the mini bagels and the cream cheese inside was still very cold. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

I know it is Christmas eve but this service was unacceptable. I recently placed a mobile order and the guy serving our food was nasty and treated us rudely. He wasn’t pleasant and the gestures that and intone of voice were rude.
