Clean bar. Good lighting. Friendly bar tender and cook. I was famished, had just hiked 12 miles, and needed some good comfort/soul food. I had a big pile of fried gizzards, which were divine with some hot sauce. Next, I had a side of black eyed peas with what looked like pork. So tender, flavorful, and hot. I could have ordered another side of it. But I wanted to try a different side instead. So I had the mac n cheese, which I inhaled while joking with the friendly company at the bar. Then I had ordered a side of peach cobbler to go. It was fabulous. Thanks to the folks at Tilt & Grill, for providing a delicious and filling lunch!

Do you like soul food? If you just said yes thanks this is the place for you. The sweet potato pie is second only to mama’s. Food portions were big and I left well fed with leftovers. I will return to try other items on the menu…too many choices for one visit.

That’s the place!!! Great music! Awesome food and drinks…a definitely must go to!!! We ordered the fried okra, wings, fried fish and a sandwich… The fact that no dipping sauces were required… Tells you how good the food is❤️ our new spot!!!

Don’t let the name fool ya, this is a fantastic place for sould food! Stop in and try their catfish or chicken wings to know how it’s really done in the south. Dont pass on their Mac and cheese of greens either..actually don’t pass on anything including the peach cobbler or 7 up cake. Everything tasted like back home it texas..all fresh made non boxed bs you get every where else. Stop in and try this place, you won’t be disappointed!
