The dining room was locked in a rainstorm. The drive thru was very, very, very slow. The sliders were mushy and terrible. Everyone in my family hated it (including my onion loving hubby.). The fries were okay. The best part was the Dr. Pepper. Ashamed that this restaurant started in our hometown. No question why it’s not there anymore. We waisted our time and money.

They are to say the least, understaffed. 3 people was all they had to work the store. I waited 30 minutes for a strawberry milkshake and a sausage egg and cheese waffle sandwich. And the people working were rude with me also. Generous 2 stars only cause the shake was on point. But the sandwich was cold and undercooked.

Such slow service every time I come. No one is ever at the counter and have to wait 1-2 minutes while they just continue to prepare food. They don’t greet you or anything every time I come. Plus tables and floor are always dirty. I only come here for convenience.

Ordered #1 combo jalapenos one small fry one small Coke . The order was wrong I received regular hamburgers no cheese at all the fries were cold and limpy the coke was okay please get your orders correct
