First time here and I was impressed from the moment we walked in. Nice man was there to greet us at the door and guided us on the process. People at the desk and guy who brought us up were all very friendly and helpful. The system was easy to use with a variety of games. I’ve only golfed once in my life and I had a blast. Great fun for all ages and abilities. If you have any fear of heights the top floor might make your knees weak! Our server Brooke was helpful, honest & knowledgeable. The food was good!

While the food was excellent the actual golf wasn’t. With every swing it is a game of is the ball a good ball or a bad one. The measurements are also very inaccurate and inconsistent. Measurements are stopped at the halfway point of the balls travel at times. This is extremely frustrating as it impedes on play and ruins competition. The machine also failed to send a ball multiple times during our stay. For a city without a TopGolf, this will just have to do for those unwilling or unable to travel. I truly believe this place has the potential to be good, but at the current moment, if you are looking for a quality experience, it wasn’t here for us.

First time at Great Shots and I was very out of my element but I still had a lot of fun. That staff explained how everything worked and what games we should play as beginners. We also ordered food which was very tasty! As we were getting to the end of our hour, the system notified us and gave us the opportunity to extend our time with additional 15 minute intervals. We were able to give a point handicap to the one person who knew how to golf in our group and give bonus points to the kids. It was a good time even for those of us who had no clue what we were doing. The entrance was up 3 sets of stairs but there was an elevator to the right of the steps for folks who can’t climb up. Over all, we had a good time. Would recommend for a fun time if you never have golfed or you are a frequent golfer.

Went to great shots on 8/26 and had a horrible experience. Our waitress took 30-40 minutes to come back with our drinks (2 beers and a mix, and 4 shots) and managed to mess up on the mix and shots, so had to send it back. Still waited another 15 to get them. Hour into being there we ordered food and that came out in a time manner. Our waitress was no where to be found except for when it was time to pay our tabs. I mention the Sanford employee discount and what it says on your website and she managed to only take $2 off after arguing about it. Ended up charging us for the wrong drinks and didn’t fix it. Her name was Taylor. If I ever come back, I pray I have a better experience and a different waitress

We went with a group of about 20. 3 bays. While this place is fun, the down side for us was the service and food. Food was mediocre at best. Staff was friendly but so slow to get drinks and refills. I’m in this business myself so I don’t expect much but even at my standards it was sub par. Why they don’t have QR code ordering and pay is beyond me. This would absolutely speed things up and make the experience more enjoyable.

Not interested in coming back anytime soon. I was overcharged and received no communication regarding overbooking past closure. This is inexcusable as a business practice. The two star review is for the good experience golfing and with table service but my experience at close was quickly disappointing. As someone who hasn’t been here in a while, I’m glad for that now; With this type of customer interaction, you’re unlikely to gain any new interest.

Front desk staff & golf bay waitresses were professional, friendly, awesome … Main floor bartenders were slow, grumpy, and clearly understaffed on a Saturday night. As long as you’re coming here to golf and order food & drinks at your golf bay, it’s a great time!!!
