Stood in line for 20 minutes waiting for avocado toast. Never got a receipt, pretty sure the woman working didnt even put my order in. People who areived after me got the same thing and theirs was made. After 25 minutes the lady asked what I was waiting for. By that time I decided to leave. I wish I had not tipped them 2 dollars now. The people around me were also complaining they had been there a while and all they got was black coffee. Usually there is a very nice and funny gentleman working the counter so I am sad I have to write a bad review but the people working today clearly could not handle their jobs.

I stepped into this Dunkin Donuts for the first time in a while. Happy to see a decent amount of staff working. As I waiting for my order, I stood by “pick up station”. I saw many on the go orders processed at such a good rate. Of course I was waiting for my food and the employee by the name of Peter acknowledge my presence and asked me what was my order, so I didn’t have to wait longer as the sandwich station was a bit backed up. THANK YOU SO MUCH PETER! Please give this guy a raise for the excellent customer service he provided this morning of 4/1/2022.

Every single time I go grab breakfast to head into work, I leave with less items than I paid for. Only once did they accommodate me. I’ve lost a good amount of money on items that I never received. I don’t typically speak up and say these things, but even the customer service is horrible. The representative I was just speaking to told me to hold on so she can take a personal call with someone else while she was on the phone with me like if I’m not at my own job working. I more than likely won’t be returning, but if I do it’s because it’s close to my work..
