This place was amazing. Not only was service A-1, but the food was so delicious. The dishes are big, so you may even be able to eat family style. We ordered 3 individual dishes and we couldn’t finish them. We were seated right away (lunch during the week) and our server was awesome. The decor has an old school Italian feel to it and the music wasn’t loud. Our first time there was perfect.

This is a lovely little shop, quaint, not overcrowded or loud, but incredibly good. The service was fantastic with great recommendations, the calamari was incredible, and the pizza and pasta were as good as I’ve had in Texas. I would definitely return. The baked ziti in particular was special.

It was an OK place, the salad was fresh but the salad dressing had no flavor. They were out of mushrooms so I had the chicken marsala without mushrooms it was okay. Good bread rolls

The service was good. The waiter was very attentive and always came to ask us if we were okay. The food came out pretty quick. The only issue I had was that my mom found a stainless steel strand the one you use to clean hard surfaces in her salad. She almost swallowed it until she felt like a scratching piece of something in her throat. She managed to take it out and show me. Showed it to the owner or the chef. He said sorry, thanks for letting me know. He didn’t offer a discount on our meal or took something off. He just simply walked away. Other places offer a desert or a discount next time we come in or discount one of our foods. I didn’t cause a scene, simply paid and said ok. Won’t be coming here again.

I use to love coming here. I can tell things have changed and a lot is not the same. It was so hot and we were the only ones there. Our server seemed young and not attentive at all. There is so much I want to say but will not say it. I’m just very disappointed in the service and food.

I have been coming to this place for 17 years. I am a true fan of the place. The staff is wonderful, especially Mrs. Sandy. She is the most sweetiest Waitress. The food is great ! You can taste how fresh the food is. I have never ever been disappointed. I Recommend this to anyone and everyone !!!

It’s really good inexpensive Italian food, with a family feeling. The place was really nice and relaxing. A staff were wonderful, and I will definitely be going back! Napoli is going to be on my normal rotation.

Horrible experience. I thought it would be a quaint place and it turned out no staff, took forever to get food, napkins. The owner had to come in in shorts and a little tipsy from having a few. I get it, I’ve been in the industry 43 years and the service was pretty insane. I know its hard to get workers in our times. I won’t be back.

There are now (3) locations to satisfy that Pizza Craving. Meyerland, Memorial, and now Galleria. Stop by at 5381 Westheimer and see how beautiful this location is. Hard to believe that people do not know that the Pizza Napoli serves is easily in the Top 10 in Houston.
