I got a take out order and the customer service was amazing!! I got greeted right when I came in and I quickly got a menu and then asked what they recommend, they said Sesame Stir fried chicken, it tastes absolutely amazing and I got a fork and sauces in the bag and I really recommend eating here!

The server was great, the food was awful. Incredibly bland and had a funky smell. Worst Chinese food we have had. $70 and we took one bite of each thing. The appetizer platter was $9/person and you only got a couple items, even those were bland and greasy. We had high hopes for the entrees, but were sadly disappointed. Left with a stomach ache and still hungry. Would never go back. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog.

I tried this place about a month ago for delivery and it wasn’t bad at all. Just ordered again for delivery and it was disgusting! I had to throw my meal away. I couldn’t even fathom the smell. Plus, they give all vegetables in a Happy Family when it’s suppose to be primarily protein. Avoid!

My significant other and I have been going here since we were little. Staff is always so friendly and the food is always great. We live a half hour away but it’s worth the drive. Today I am sick and all I could think about was this places soul warming food. My bf picked us up some take out and I am already feeling better. Egg drop soup to die for the pou pou platter worth every penny and the sesame chicken, chow mein, and cashew chicken are just some of our many favorites.

I have been a long time customer of many years and brought many customers. That will stop as of today. I thought I would give another chance since my last experience was so terrible, and todays experience was just as bad, if not worse with the man on the phone hanging up on me. A couple weeks ago, I ordered the orange chicken that I absolutely love. The recipe was not right, bland, and even the orange was burned. I called and the woman who answered told me that’s how it always is, and you’re the only one who has a problem with it. I even asked if there is a new owner, she said there wasn’t. This time, the man on the line was trying to find my information, couldn’t tell me if the orange chicken was since corrected. I tried to order another item and what would normally cost about $25 was going to charge me close to $40. I asked if I could speak with a manager because I’m seriously considering going elsewhere. I just wanted to get my question answered, and wanted to order. He hung up on me. As a customer of many years, I am going elsewhere. So, so disappointed. I seriously loved this place. Who does that?

So sad. McDonalds would be a better choice not to mention any of the other dozen or so CR Chinese places. Ordered via phone for pickup, sweet and sour pork with fried rice. Got home to find NO S&S sauce just dried out pork balls and although the rice box was labeled ‘f/r’ it contained steamed brown rice. Called to let them know. Young lady who answered the phone blamed their mistakes on their being busy. Since when does being busy excuse a restaurant from charging for non-edible food??? ‘She’ said they would CC refund for the dinner but then she hung up before getting me name for the refund. Tried calling them back but got no answer. Business in Castle Rock must be getting too easy with so much out of state growth.
