Great food & most importantly great customer service. My 9 year old ran in for us to pick up the food because I was double parked. She walked out with the biggest smile. She said “mommy the lady was so nice and she told me all about the website and how we can place orders online” she was so happy to have been given a flyer. Lol Made her feel independent and respected by an adult. It was great to see her smile walking out with her food. It was a bonus when she loved her wings. Thank you for such top tier food & customer service. You made my little very happy!

I had to pick up friends at the airport who just flew in from los Angeles. We were all super hungry. A friend of mine had kept telling me to check out The Halal Zone bc he said they had the best halal platters and wings. SO HAPPY we went. We got takeout and ordered a little bit of everything. DELICIOUS food and very affordable prices. The spices are amazing, you can’t go wrong with whatever you get. Highly recommend!!

We are from the Bridgewater area and wish we had a place like The Halal Zone. The food was wonderful. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. We got different combination platters with either or both Chicken, Shrimp and Lamb. They are served over amazing rice with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cumbers and peppers. The seasoning had a nice spice with a little heat. The sauces were one of the best parts of the Halal Zone food. We also got chicken tacos served on a corn tortilla had fresh avocado, lettuce, tomatoes and a slice of lime to brighten the bold flavors. We also had crazy fries which were crispy and so delicious. One of the best items was the wings. They were likely battered, crispy and came with the crazy sauce which was a sweet and spicy bbq sauce. It was amazing. I wish they were closer as I would be a frequent customer. Even though it’s far from the Bridgewater area, I will go back there. It’s close to Newark airport and Kean University. If you haven’t been there, you have to check it out. You won’t be disappointed with the flavors and value.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Their wings were good. The fries? Unusual with their crack sauce. It definitely was like crack with the sweet, salty and fat mix of the fries. Hits the hedonic scale hard. And the lamb platter could feed a family of four. Wish there was an option for no rice and just lettuce.

When I tell you, the BEST chicken tacos I have EVER had. If there’s any two things I love it’s tacos and chicken.. always been such a huge disappointment every where I went. Sometimes it literally felt like I was shoving dry tortillas down my throat with shredded chicken. BUT THEN I FOUND THE HALAL ZONE!

The taste of the food here is not too bad. Their “crispy chicken sandwich” really tasted like they just bought frozen chicken patties from a grocery store and made it into a sandwich. The cheese sticks weren’t too “cheesy” too. And the fish platter was good but I really didn’t like their packaging of the food, mixing of all the dry foods and the sauce. Otherwise it’s a good place to get by.

Visiting New Jersey and decided to come to this spot for dinner and it’s amazing. Customer Service at this location they was very friendly. I got 4 platters for my family of 7 and portions were enormous it was more than enough. We got 2 chicken and 2 lamb platters. The chicken and lamb are both very tender, flavorful and have perfect spice amount. Will definitely visit again.
