The first time I went, I enjoyed my lemon pepper wings. This time, all I received was wings (no lemon pepper anywhere). I tried contacting someone at the restaurant since I was headed back to work, no one answered. So if it’s not the regular food from Chili’s, it’s a no for me. The fries were good though. (Pick up at Chili’s curbside, Poplar)

Don’t ever go here. I went in when I got there because my “estimated ready time” had passed. I was told they’d bring my wings to me at the car. They didn’t. I went in 15 minutes later and saw my order just sitting there. I checked the order. Everything was cold. They didn’t have to go cups so we couldn’t get drinks. They forgot all the ranch and bleu cheese. On top of the issues with timing, preparation, delivery and cup availability, the wings were absolutely terrible. The sauce was just sitting in the bottom of the Togo boxes, not even on the wings. The wings didn’t seem to be cooked correctly either. I just ended up spending $40 to eat soggy French fries covered in wing sauce.

Boneless wings were cold and flavorless. Fries were soggy. Seemed like the food was made immediately then sat somewhere while they waited 30+ minutes for a driver. Not good. Don’t recommend.

Don’t know why I left one star. I hate leaving bad reviews but I just got to. My first time eating here. Just got my food and it’s the worst. Never had chicken so bad and it’s not even done. The boneless wings are terrible. I just don’t understand
