I paid for wings. Carried out my order, over $101 in purchases. Pizza Hut store at 3423 E Chapman in Orange forgot to give us the wings. I called them and they admitted they forgot the wings. I asked them to deliver the wings. They refused. Said we had to back to the store to get our wings. This is AFTER I gave them an online gratuity. DO NOT order from this store, they always short you on your order.

The pizza was good but i scheduled this as a no-contact pickup order where you wait in the parking lot and the pizza is handed to you through the window. The website asked you to click a button, which I did, confirming you were there and that the pizza would be done in around 25-30 minutes, 35 minutes pass and I call in to the restaurant to let them know we’re here for pickup, I assumed the website might not work that well at alerting them so calling might be better. I was met with a very bored sounding guy who answered the phone, asked for my name, and told me that he’d let the team know I was there. Another 15 minutes pass and I call in again asking if my pizza was ready. A different person answered who asked for my name and when I told her she was very surprised that I was there, and told me that my pizza was ready and she’d bring it right out which she did. Like I said, the pizza was good, but waiting that long just to be forgotten and wait almost an hour to get a pizza was pretty frustrating

We had received a gift card from friends and ordered what turned out to be the BEST pizza, the most WONDERFUL wings and an AMAZING chocolate chip cookie!! We loved every bite and have been RAVING about the food and the SPECTACULAR service since then! (I even brought the giant cookie leftovers to our staff at work and OH how they loved it!) We will definitely be ordering again soon!

Am very skeptical about coming back here. Have not been back here in a couple of years. Last time I came here I had called in my order, showed up when my pizzas were supposed to be ready. Young employee told me he was about to call me cause they were out of the crust that I ordered. I had to wait there another hour and a half for my pizzas. When I complained about waiting so long for my pizzas the kid snapped at me saying “you think I like working here when it gets this busy?” I contacted the store the next morning and left a message, filled out an online survey. And never heard back. The pizza is good here, but I still don’t feel comfortable spending my money here.

It was a strange experience. The pizza was good, really good which surprised me. But the inside of the store had no kind of menu anywhere. It didn’t really matter to me because I my kids always want the same thing. A standard pepperoni. Great pizza but I recommend you get some specials up there or something. You’re losing money!

Problem is I ordered 2 pizzas. One should have 4 toppings; pepperoni, sausage, bacon and mushroom. At home, we found out there is only 2 toppings, pepperoni and mushroom, no bacon and no sausage. Disappointed. Called the store and manager said she will give some credit. That helps but prefer not making mistake in the first place.

The pizza I ordered (thin crust pepperoni), was awful! It was burnt and greasy. I usually like Pizza Hut, but this last order was not good. We also ordered cheese sticks and they were burnt as well. Very disappointing as we were starving after a long day at work. When your 15 year old takes a bite of pizza and says it’s gross, you know it’s not good. I only ate 2 slices as I was hungry, I couldn’t stand the flavor.

I tried their Hot Chicken pizza which was really good. The pizza size was good (4 mini slices). It seemed like there was only half a tender used for the entire dish, and it was all placed around the middle of the dish, so after your first bite of the slice, the rest was just a ranch and pickle pizza. It still tasted great. It came very fast!
