It always has good food. Never any problems there but the customer service could be a little better. They seem a little rude to me, almost every time I call to place an order I feel like I’m rushed and inconveniencing them. And I don’t like there creepy setup on how to pick up food and no more dinning in ever since Covid-19

This is definitely one of the nicest Asian American restaurants in the Owego/Tioga area. I’ve been going here for over a decade, and this family–owned spot has always been good to me. I’ve never seen a decline in their quality of food. There is a credit card minimum – which is completely understandable. I’ve always just brought cash. They used to have dine in, and a very well taken care of buffet— however, I think that went away (at least temporarily) during the pandemic. I would love to see a few traditional items added to the menu. So, if you’re wanting take-out, consider trying out this small, family owned spot!

I always order takeout from here. It’s great food. Sometimes they get the order wrong, but not all the time. Just double check they understand you. I always get the chicken and broccoli, it’s flavorful, enough sauce and the broccoli is cooked enough. The chicken is tender as well.

I’ve usually had a good experience here except for some hit or miss times. Tonight the food was terrible. I ordered chicken and the consistency was extremely questionable, and it even looked like there was shrimp mixed in. I became so sick afterwards and several hours later when I threw up there were chunks of gristle. It was disturbing. They dont even bread chicken they bread scraps and feed it to you. So messed up. I will never go here again.

I used to eat here with the fam often but went vegan. Asked the owner Roger today if they had any vegan options and he went out of his way to accommodate me. The quality of food has always been great but the vegan stuff he just cooked me was remarkable.

Went here twice in the past two years while traveling. Excellent food, waitress was pleasant each time. I’m sorry I live 12 hours from it honestly. If I lived nearby I would go more often. We will definitely stop in here though when we travel again.

very very rude people, plus what is the point of Saying you deliver and then when I want to order delivery you say i can’t….. and what I’m about to tell is just foolish, they told me I could not get food delivered to my house which is less then 2 miles away because I didn’t not order enough food and some days they wont even deliver without an explanation this is unacceptable and I will never be ordering here again… you guys will be going out of business real soon if you treat your customers like this
