Excellent food and service! We got there right at happy hour they had some very good local beers on tap. We got the PBR and pork belly both were excellent the pork belly was so crispy and the meat was cooked perfectly. The PBR was huge the brisket was my favorite and it even came with a Pabst blue ribbon beer! Our friends got the fried chicken and it looked awesome they said it tasted excellent definitely coming back here.

We were on the main drag and then someone said you really got to eat here It’s the best. So it’s just around the corner and that grill when they opened it, oh my. The cheese was good and each meat had a unique flavor. You should definitely try this place. Great local beer choices too.

Great BBQ place in Boise. Everything about my visit was great. From the cocktails (which we’re on point), to the house vinaigrette salad dressing, to the PBR platter with all the delicious samples. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I stopped at Saint Lawrence Gridiron before a day in the town here and was blown away by their hospitality and lunch menu! I was greeted by kind staff and a great selection of drinks with bar classics and fresh twists on originals such as the Ward 8 I settled upon to start my meal. The drink was a nice great “Boston twist” on a classic I was told and came with a nice tangy and refreshing taste! I then got the brisket poutine but substituted the brisket for pulled pork as my main dish already came with brisket. Was a great flavor and overall give it a 8.5/10! My main dish was the brisket cheeseburger and it blew me away! The brisket was melt in your mouth good and was lightly crispy on the outside of the patty. It was dressed with the basic burger combo of lettuce, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and Mayonnaise between two nice buns. Was a plain as day 9/10 for me! For sure a spot to hit if your ever in the area or out and about! Best part was the whole meal costed just over $40! Definitely worth the visit!

Amazing smoked meats, paired with perfectly cooked sides. As you walk down the path to the outdoor dining, the smell of the smoker wafts your way and starts to make your mouth water. Their chef selects the best cuts of meat, and then his ultra-slow smoking process results in fork-tender meat with an explosion of smoky deliciousness. We were visiting my in-laws in the area and they recommended this place for a great brunch, and we were not disappointed. I had their Smoked Brisket with eggs and potatoes, and had just enough left over to take a bit of the brisket to-go for a delish snack later. Once you dine here, you’ll see why they were showcased by Guy Fieri on Diners Drive-ins and Dives. Yum!

Loved the BBQ platter and the kitchen’s ability to accommodate my dietary needs. My favorite BBQ in the Treasure Valley so far. Great house-made flavors and sauces. Highly recommend!

Out walking around downtown and smell some woodfire smoking. Walk over to check it out and sit down for brunch. The meat was amazing, you will want to pack some back home with you. The biscuits and eggs were typical of what you would expect.
