I would have given this 2 1/2 stars if I could have. Sunday morning between 10:30 and 10:45. Took almost 10 minutes to be seated with nobody in front of us and several empty tables. Than another 10 for the waitress to see if we wanted anything to drink and order. 30 minutes later we got our food. I ordered eggs Benedict which is supposed to be a poached egg but instead was fried. (Really a fried egg on a Benedict?). I asked the waitress about it and she DID offer to reorder however it took so long to get this meal I just eat it. My wife ordered scrambled eggs with cheese and that’s what she got, scrambled eggs with a slab of cheese on top. The place is clean and has a nice setting, which is how it got the stars I gave.

Twice I’ve ordered the Stawberry Pancake Puppies to be deliverd through Uber, and both times they were burnt beyond edible. I don’t know how the cook staff can put those in a container to send when they are as black as coals. Very disappointed as the food is usually edible, at least. Take a look at the photo and you’ll see they are nothing compared to the golden brown photos on their menu. They are even darker than the photo shows as I had to put a light on them overhead to see the difference between them and the black container.

Excellent place to eat.. breakfast lunch or dinner. They have a wide variety on the menu. Excellent servers. Food always served just right. Excellent location easy to get to from 31 and it’s right near Grand Park Sports campus and it’s convenient to shopping Etc also

Ordered take out and order was incomplete. I reacted too quickly and actually may have over reacted with an overly harsh review. The food was good but the service needs attention. I can see that with the owners reply it will be addressed. And I thank you for your attention to my concern, and, I apologize for my poor reaction.

I rate this location 5/5 stars. I have ate at several other Denny’s and none of which was as inviting as the Westfield location. I was greeted promptly by the manager, Donna, and sat at the bar. My server, Hayley, approached me almost immediately by introducing her name and their drink options. My food came out within a timely manner and correctly. I was pleased to see that each of the employees working behind the bar had great team work skills and professional. At the end of my visit, Hayley offered a to-go box for what was left of my nachos and handed off the check.

This location is very nice. It is clean and bright, with decorations unique to the area of Westfield it inhabits. Like most places, they are running short staffed and it did take a while to get our food, but it was all tasty and cooked well.

Denny’s is my favorite “to-go” meal option. Though breakfast is enticing, I love fried chicken. Seasoning is masterfully done and always made fresh.I must mention meshed potatoes. There is something bewitchingly different about meshed potatoes. My all time favorite take-away is Nashville chicken melt. Denny’s never failed on that. Must visit American diner.

We had dinner here this evening and my husband got the steak, it was absolutely horrible! I had the sampler and the mozzarella sticks tasted like they were fried, sat for a while and then warmed up again. My daughters salad wasn’t correct, and the Mac n cheese she ordered had bits of burned pieces all over and through it, she is young and doesn’t like that and the only thing that was good was my sons cheeseburger. We got to go boxes and then stopped at a store to get Tylenol for my son, we ended up having to throw it away because by the time we came out to the car from checking out (all of 5 minutes in the store) the food smelled like rotting food and we couldn’t stand it. We will never eat again at this Denny’s or any other Denny’s again! We left with stomach ache’s and a half empty pocket book.

Typical Denny’s cuisine. Our server was horrible. She disappeared and didn’t bother to mention they were out of an item. She didn’t bother to refill our drinks or attend our table any more than bringing food then the check after we asked for it. She also forgot items that were ordered.

Not too bad, Featured Brisket sandwich was sub par, Scraps of cured meat dry bread and a thin slice of cheese, nothing like the advertised picture. I won’t be rushing back. Bacon was extremely thin likely 22 count. That’s 22 slices per pound. Pancakes were good.
