Holy smokes, hands down the best vegetarian banh mi I have ever had, trust me, I’ve had manyyyy. Well, first of all, the service was extremely warm, friendly and welcoming. As for the sandwich-The baguette style bread is perfectly crispy on the outside/soft in the inside, the tofu is perfectly sauced and seasoned (they even made it the perfect spice level for me, I chose a 7 on a scale of 1-10 and it was enough burn while still being able to enjoy the flavor), and the little fried strips of seitan taste like bits of fried spam. It’s delicious through and through, and the perfect size to be a whole meal. I am so excited to find this little gem in my neighborhood, and I will be back again and again for this sandwich and to try as many of the vegetarian items they have to offer!

Have been getting food from B’s since it was a one person operation food truck on Caesar Chavez. The head chef is always very sweet and welcoming. The food is delicious, as well. I love everything about the veggie curry; it’s full-bodied, slightly sweet, and spicy. The bits of seitan are an excellent protein option. I can’t recommend this place more.

I ordered the vermicelli noodles with grilled pork and egg rolls. The food was amazing! The egg rolls are delicious by themselves and even better with the grilled pork. Also the pho is pretty damn good! It might be a little pricey but overall, you’ll get good food and great service

YES! Congratulations Jimmy on your new restaurant location. My Wife and I were honored to attend the soft opening event. Jimmy and his lovely wife TT and their business partners did a great job. They put together a very nice establishment. Our food was great as usual and we were excited to see Jimmy realize his dream of having a sit down venue. Same great food and now more beautiful people to help make your dining experiences more fulfilling. Everyone I’m biased about Jimmy but for good reason. He’s an honorable man and excellent chef. Small Vietnamese restaurant in Cedar Park, soon to be closing Sept. 18th, and moving to Anderson Mill. The banh mi is one of my faves in Austin, has the crispy yet fluffy bread with lots of meat and veggies inside. Also really enjoyed their pate. Their bun thit nuong is pretty impressive! This box is pretty heavy, at least a couple pounds so they definitely do not skimp on portions. It’s very good. The owner was also super friendly! Their current restaurant does not have any sit down tables, but there is a big shaded rock on the side of the building that some people eat at. Hopefully the new space will have a dine in option.
