The upper management is great; they’re knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. I’ve had to listen to support staff complain about wages, tasks, and weather. If it wasn’t for management, I wouldn’t spend my money here. I helped build the fertilizer plant out on hwy 16 and grew up around here, so I like to invest locally. They aren’t the only option, though. Plenty of people looking for jobs, I hope they get good help in someday.

I called 2 and half weeks in advance only to still be waiting on propane, and the gentleman on the phone was dismissive and rude. I understand the high demand but I called prior to any bad weather at 40%. I called a different place and they are on the way now. You really should be more respectful to your customers on the phone.

Been doing business with them for years and now they have new staff from front office to drivers and it’s all new to them. Great job on losing a customer. I’ll pay the extra few cents a gallon and have Ferrelgas come out for propane. Last driver was amazing helpful and knowledgeable. New guy was non of that. Lady answering phones doesn’t care and it shows.
